The Space

Casa Panga Drops is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom beach house situated directly in front of Playa Panga Drops, the most consistent and popular reef break in southern Nicaragua. It is also just a five-minute walk from the world-class beach break Playa Colorado.

This spacious 4,500-square-foot beachfront home is located within the private, gated community of Hacienda Iguana on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast. The property offers convenient access to Playa Panga Drops and Playa Colorado, as well as to the community beach club, restaurant, bar, and pool.

The house includes three large bedrooms—two upstairs and one downstairs—and a separate studio with a kitchenette downstairs, totaling four bedrooms. There are expansive covered patios both upstairs and downstairs, a beachfront pool, a sunset-viewing patio, and a tropical courtyard equipped with hammocks and a propane grill/barbecue.

The two sizable bedrooms upstairs are a standout feature, connected by a large balcony that offers stunning ocean views. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two queen-size beds. The downstairs bedroom provides extra privacy with its own exterior door and includes two twin beds that can be combined with a comfortable mattress pod to form a king-size bed.

The fourth bedroom is located in a separate apartment accessed through a charming courtyard, offering a peaceful retreat. This room also has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed using a mattress pod. All bedrooms feature ocean views, private en-suite bathrooms, and closets. Additionally, there are two outdoor showers.

The house is equipped with a backup generator that automatically powers the entire home, including air conditioning units, in the event of a power outage.
