The Space

Casa Soma is a modern villa designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. It offers panoramic ocean views from the terrace and is conveniently situated within walking distance of both the beach and the town of San Juan del Sur. The villa provides a peaceful and secure environment, located in a well-maintained neighborhood away from the town's busy areas.

This spacious vacation home consists of a large two-story main house, two guest houses, and a lagoon-shaped pool with a waterfall. Each bedroom and guest house features a private entrance and a full bathroom. The kitchens in the main house and guest houses are fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, and all the essentials needed for quality meal preparation.

The property includes five full bathrooms, multiple lounge areas, air conditioning in every bedroom, hot water, WiFi, TVs with Roku, a video projector, and sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests. Beds are outfitted with high-quality linens and comfortable mattresses.

Bedrooms and Guest Houses

• Bedroom 1: Upper master suite with panoramic ocean views, queen bed, full bathroom, and private entrance.
• Bedroom 2: Upper master bedroom with panoramic ocean views, queen bed, bunk bed, full bathroom, and private entrance.
• Bedroom 3: Lower floor bedroom with a full bed, garden view, full bathroom, and private entrance.
• Guest House 1: King bed or two single beds, adjoining room with a bunk bed that folds against the wall, full private bathroom, kitchenette, garden and pool views.
• Guest House 2: King bed or two single beds, adjoining room with a bunk bed that folds against the wall, full private bathroom, private kitchenette, garden and pool views.

Each bedroom and guest house has whisper-quiet air conditioning, ceiling fans, and hot water in the bathrooms. The two upper bedrooms offer sweeping views of San Juan Bay, the town, and the crescent-shaped bay. Step out onto the veranda to enjoy stunning sunsets and expansive scenery.

Outdoor and Living Areas

The villa features large verandas on both the upper and lower floors. The lower veranda includes seating for ten, an outdoor dining table for ten, two double hammocks, and a family-sized barbecue.

The full kitchen is equipped with a six-burner gas range, a bar seating area for four, and all necessary cookware, dishware, and small appliances. The guest houses have well-equipped kitchenettes with small refrigerators, two-burner stovetops, toaster ovens, additional appliances, and TVs with Netflix and Roku media players.

The bunk beds in the guest houses are Murphy beds that fold up against the wall, creating extra space. When folded, these beds reveal built-in desks.

Services and House Rules

A cooking service may be available for an additional fee; please inquire for a quote. This service depends on availability.

The property is professionally cleaned before and after each reservation. Daily cleaning can be arranged for $50 per day.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, guests are kindly asked to avoid loud music and excessive noise out of respect for neighbors.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire house and grounds. The laundry room and washing machine are off-limits, but laundry service is available through the maid staff at $10 per load, subject to availability.

Additional Information

The street leading to the villa is paved with interlocking stones and has an incline. While most vehicles can navigate it without four-wheel drive, some guests may prefer using a 4x4 vehicle. Parking is available approximately 15 meters from the house entrance at the corner of the property for those who prefer not to drive up the incline.

Extra guests beyond the reservation are not allowed on the property. To accommodate additional guests, please update your reservation through Airbnb. Each extra guest will incur the standard rate fee.
