Condo del Sol #1 is a spacious condo located only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants as Pacifico Azul and El Local in Guiones Downtown. The condo has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, A/C, etc. The outside area at Condominium del Sol is beautifully landscaped and the private backyard patio makes this a lovely place to relax and fully enjoy your long-term stay in Nosara. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours, to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you. You will find that Costa Rica, and Nosara especially, is an incredibly friendly place. That being said, Nosara remains a tourist town and experiences petty theft. Therefore, we ask that you take certain precautions to avoid any issues. Please be aware of desired items such as electronics, cash, and jewelry. Petty theft incidents here are generally non-confrontational and typically occur when no one is home during the hours of 5pm-10pm. Please be sure to lock and secure all valuables, day and night. Before leaving the house, check that all doors and windows are locked. CONDO DEL SOL offers a guard for the property every evening. Property management company & owner can´t be held responsible if theft occurs. We highly recommend following the suggestions we shared and travel with insurance.

Really great location that was safe and walkable to the beach, restaurants and stores. The communication was exceptional and very helpful. AC was great and the pool was refreshing. It was nice having parking as well.

After a decade on Airbnb this is my first scathing review of a property. The bedding and pillows were disgusting. The pool was tiny and did not match the picture. The unit is opposite the car park and guard house and next to a noisy sliding gate. The kitchen was poorly equipped and the items old and worn, cracked cups and plates. The owners need to get a grip and stop ripping people off. Fortunately Airbnb agreed with me based on photo evidence and the management company gave me a partial refund. They were responsive and acknowledge the situation. There are far better places for this amount.

We had a lovely stay, and especially appreciated the excellent AC and comfy couch and large TV in the unit. We did rent a golf cart for quicker runs into and around town or the beach, but certainly walkable if you’re patient. The property management company was very helpful during our stay and we always felt very safe. Would recommend this place.

Great stay! Very relaxing, the condo was well equipped. Appreciated having salt, oil, and bathroom necessities. Lots of towels and linens! The bathroom is dated and the shower isn’t great but these are small issues. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was excellent, just as in the listing. We were a bit disappointed with the view from our porch (parking area!) but still a fabulous week of surfing in Nosara. Hector (property watchman) and Vacation Nosara were all super helpful to give use the most for our holiday.

We were well looked after by the vacation hosts and by Hector who greeted us. I love all the paths that led to shops, the ocean or restaurants. These were like walking in mini jungles. The place was great and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to shops, several restaurants and, of course, the Pacific! The pool is beautifully screened by a wall of potted plants. I loved our stay here.

We loved our stay!! Super safe and secured. Great location. Could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. And the condo was well equipped and had everything we needed! Will definitely stay there again! The pool was nice to relax after a morning of surf.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad hier! Zoals op de foto’s. Vooral Hele fijne locatie, op loopafstand van het surf strand, lekkere restaurants en leuke yoga spots in de buurt! Prive en veilig. Wel wat oud bollig met vlekken in de gordijnen en muf beddengoed, dit kon beter.
