Our beach house in the private community of Malaga Bejuco has 24/7 security, 5 community pools (600 m), beach (650 m), tennis courts, basketball, soccer and several playgrounds. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking for 2 vehicles, an equipped kitchen, internet (100 MB), a washing tower, and a gazebo in the patio. Maximum of 5 guests. The space It is a finely furnished house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 3 air conditioners, a dresser and many details. Master bedroom: The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, its own bathroom, air conditioning, a TV, and a large closet. Second bedroom: This has a bunk bed, which has a double bed below and a single bed above. In addition, if necessary, it has a trundle bed. It has air conditioning and a TV. Bathrooms: Comfortable bathrooms with everything you need for a refreshing shower. Room: TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and HBO Max. Comfortable sofa, powerful air conditioning, and a workspace. Kitchen and dining room: Electric stove, microwave oven, large refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster. Plus all the utensils such as pans, pots, plates, glasses, cups, spoons, forks, knives, etc. You don't have to bring anything! A high table for four people so you can enjoy your food. Ranch: Comfortable patio with fan to enjoy reading or spending the evening drinking wine and listening to music. Guest access The house is located on Agapanto Street. The easiest way to get there is by counting the roundabouts. It's at the third roundabout on the right. The property has space for two vehicles in front of the house. You can use the visitor parking lots located on the sides of the main hall if you want to go to the beach by car. Other things to note The condominium has strict security rules and you are required to wear the bracelets (which will be given to you at check-in) at all times; especially if you want to leave the condominium, go to the beach or use the pools. It is also important to follow the rules of coexistence, such as driving at the indicated speed, parking in the designated areas, and respecting the hours of rest with noise. Important Information: The property has two water tanks, one in the garden and one in the patio (1,700 liters in total). This is to solve any water shortage problems (especially in summer). While it is true that these tanks have been sufficient most of the time, in exceptional situations there has been a lack of water. In that case, the recommendation is to contact us directly to coordinate with the people on the property to contact a tanker truck.
