Hello Barry, as the hot water is not listed as an amenity on my property, unfortunately your comment is not valid. <br/>Whatever you think that should be included based on your deep analysis of the "price range" is irrelevant, as every owner decides what price to assign to the property and that is why the services are listed.<br/>Also your feedback included a comment saying that "the surronding was boring"... next time please read the description, as my property is listed as a "quite place" and it is located in a gated community where people go to rest, not to party (Jaco would have been a great option for that).<br/>Thanks,
