Enjoy a recently renovated 250-square-meter apartment in the heart of Medellin’s best neighborhood. Designed with your comfort in mind, the apartment accommodates up to 12 guests across five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a dedicated workspace, bathroom, and smart TV.
Additional features include a cinema and video game room, a two-person Jacuzzi, and a co-working area.

Jacuzzi Instructions
The Jacuzzi must be filled above the level of the water jets for proper operation.
- Position 1 turns on the intermittent Jacuzzi lights.
- Position 2 turns on the hydro jets.
- Position 3 stops the changing spa lights.
- Position 4 turns off the hydro jets.
- Position 5 stops the system.

Guest Access
The apartment was designed for travelers from around the world. Guests have access to the entire apartment, except for a small room used to store household supplies.
Additional Information
- A security camera is installed at the apartment entrance to help ensure guest safety and monitor potential overcrowding.
- An alarm can be activated and deactivated at the entrance and exit if desired. The code will be provided at check-in.
- The internet operates on both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz networks through a fiber-optic connection.
- Three internet repeaters are distributed throughout the apartment. To connect to a repeater, deactivate and reactivate your device’s Wi-Fi.
- The ironing board and two hair dryers are stored in the large red hallway cupboard. Please return them there at check-out.
- Please do not move the remote controls from the bedrooms, as they do not work elsewhere. They operate the:
- Air conditioning
- Smart TVs
- Televisions
- One audio device is located in the cinema room and must remain there. It connects automatically to the video projector and PlayStation. Use the remote controls in the cinema room to operate these devices.
- A second audio device may be moved if desired and can be connected via Bluetooth.
- A small safe is available in the red cupboard. The code will be provided at check-in.
- Guests staying more than three nights may be asked to water the plants.
- For reservations longer than three nights, a complete cleaning service is provided every three days.
