Great stay and host - would highly recommend if you like to be close to the main pedestrian/touristy areas, but not right in the action. A lot of good local places to eat and drink within a very short walk.

Our stay at Ipana was nothing short of amazing. The condo was perfect, clean, spacious and all around beautiful. The location is also perfect. Everything you need right at your fingertips. Perfect spot to base ourselves. Far enough from the noise but a short walk to 5th avenue with all the restaurants, shops and a supermarket around the corner. The place was very comfortable for us, spacious and the rooftop pool was great to use. Would stay again!

It’s a lovely condo, and we had a great stay. We weren’t planning to use the rooftop pool, but it was so nice that we ended up using it a bunch. We had a few hiccups with the checkin process, but Rodrigo was so responsive that we got it figured out in no time.

Excellent location and building amenities including multiple rooftop pools. Very close to the main strip (5th avenue) and walkable to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. A not so pleasant odor did surface a few days into the stay with the source being the pipes of the building. The host responded quickly and had building maintenance attempt to address with a chemical solution. The smell was reduced but was not gone entirely.

There were 4 adults travelling together, this condo unit was a perfect size and layout. The location is wonderful, right on 38th an easy walk to so many restaurants. Grocery store around the corner on 10th. Rooftop pools are quiet, spacious with many seating options. The onsite support, Renzo, was amazing and extremely responsive. Any questions I had were immediately answered. My only suggestion, to improve my stay would be a firmer mattress, they were very soft foam. Thank you team!

Overall, the unit was better than the pictures. Very spacious, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. The bedrooms are large and each has a full en-suite bathroom, so it was perfect for two couples traveling together. The outside deck was huge and accessible from the living room and both bedrooms, and the nice outdoor furniture made it a lovely place to hang out and just enjoy the nice weather. This unit is very spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a family or two couples traveling together. The only possible downside is the beds are on the soft side, so if you must have a very firm mattress to get a good night sleep, you might not be comfortable. The unit is a short walk to all the attractions, 5th Ave, 10th Ave and the beaches. There is a front desk staff and the hosts have an on-site manager, Renzo, whom you can reach by text with any questions about the unit specifically. Overall a great value and experience!
