I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Mireya's Airbnb listing. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and attended to. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Mireya, the host, was simply outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable time. She provided me with helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and she was always available to answer any questions I had. Mireya's attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest. The cleanliness of the Airbnb was impeccable. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. In addition, the pool on the property was exceptionally clean and inviting. I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside and taking a refreshing swim. Furthermore, the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. Having easy access to the beach allowed me to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

The accommodation was very good. We went as a whole family, and it had everything we needed. It's just a 2-minute walk from the beach, and everything was great. Thank you very much.

The house is as shown in the photos. It's nice and very spacious. Each room having its own bathroom is a super plus for privacy and time management, especially in large groups. The check-in/check-out is also very simple and accessible, and even the security guards of the gated community are quite friendly.

The truth is that everything is perfect. The host is attentive to messages, the photos of the place are real, and the location is very good. In general, everything is fine!

I really wanted to like this place, but I didn't. Dirty, lack of maintenance, old and stained furniture, broken towel and toilet hangers on the bathrooms, dirty pool (was told someone would come to clean it but never showed up), stained doors and windows... it is clear to me that the people in charge of this place do the barely minimum and don't really care about it. If only they did this would be an awesome place, but currently I cannot recommend it. For the price I paid I feel it's a rip off. Bottom line: look elsewhere. As for Airbnb, you need to do a much better job to make sure listings are accurate to avoid situations like this (a recent review complained about the same as I did) especially considering Mazatlan was almost 100% booked at the time I arrived to this place (because of the Solar Eclipse) and had basically no option but to stay here with my family. Probably I should have booked a cheap motel, similar condition but at a fraction of the price.
