The location was perfect and made it easy to explore Tamarindo. The Airbnb was comfortable for our stay.

It was lovely and clean and very spacious. The beds were a little bit hard, but otherwise comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have a box of tissues, a roll of paper towels , coffee for the fancy coffee bar and perhaps some soap and or shower gel in the showers. Pretty much bear bones. The combination lock to the front door did not work. A little inconvenient, but nothing major. It was nice that there was a washer and a dryer. And perhaps asking for laundry detergent might be a bit much. But just little things like that would’ve made it feel more homey and less sterile. Overall lovely and great location. If we were staying for a week, I could understand purchasing coffee, facial tissues, etc…. etc. but for just two nights it wasn’t worth it so we went into town and discovered some very cute coffee shops.

A great place in walkable distance to many delicious restaurants and very close beach access. Would highly recommend!

The unit was great, super location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, comfortable beds, good AC, parking spot included. Had a few chairs, boogie boards and coolers also which was useful. Great place for a tamarindo holiday!

Fantastic location! Wonderful place to stay

I really liked the place; it was quiet, but it was just a few steps from downtown Tamarindo. It's an accessible apartment since it's on the ground floor, and the pool was nearby. We were also able to see a couple of monkeys nearby.

Perfect location, clean place, nice pool. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo is more beautiful than the photos; everything was exactly as described. It was super clean, tidy, everything in its place, and it has all the amenities you need for a great weekend. It's super centrally located—you can go out and find everything, even the beach nearby. I really loved it; I recommend it 100%. ☺️

We traveled with our son and loved this condo! It’s in a wonderful location, walkable to the beach, shops & restaurants. You are right in the middle of town but the condo is quiet and relaxing. No issues at all with noise. It’s very clean, great AC when you need to get out of the heat and a beautiful community pool. Our family would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this place!

Our stay was great! Right across the road from the beach, minutes to restaurants and shops. And the unit was spacious and beautiful!

Great location with easy access to everything. The pool area was a great place to relax between activities.

We wished we had planned to stay for a few nights, but we were only in town for a last minute birthday celebration.

My partner loved the kitchen and it was fully stocked with good cookware and dishes, would have loved to have cooked while there!

The place was spacious and clean, plenty of privacy for 2 couples and could easily have stayed a month there.

Pool was beautiful, other guests were pleasant and friendly.

I would highly recommend. And certainly will book again if in the area!

Great place fit our needs perfectly, it was close to stores restaurants and entertainment. Had the pool and beach handy.

Modern and clean place just steps from a large pool, the beach, restaurants and shops. Loved it!

Everything was top notch with this place. We stayed for 10 days. It was very clean. We would only recommend to plan well when grocery shopping as food at the closest store is EXTREMELY expensive but once we figured out where to go, we were good!

Felt very private yet so close to the beach and the action which was amazing. Lots of shops to choose from, lots of food options for restaurants.

We would definitely love to come back here.

Kattya’s place in Tamarindo was beautiful! It was very nicely decorated and laid out. Lots of space for our family of four. Check in was easy. The security guard showed us to the parking space and unit. The place was spotless and was in a fantastic location, right across the road from the stunning beach. Lots of stores and great restaurants nearby. Will definitely go back!

Great spot! We only spent one night but it was lovely. The condo is beautifully decorated and the outdoor space is very nice. The pool is a great addition to the property.

Perfect location, gorgeous pool and beautiful beachy decor. Security guard was very helpful and escorted us right to the parking spot and then to our unit.

This property is in an amazing location, close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. The pool was also beautiful and had plenty of chairs available. I would recommend renting this place.

Amazing location! Across the road from one of the nicest beaches and great surfing in Tamarindo! The pool outside was great! There were a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella which made the trip to the beach great.

The pool and monkeys hanging out in the trees above the play structure were definitely a plus! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay

We spent a full week at Kattia’s condo for my sons fall break in the mid October . We loved the place and spent a lot of time there since it did rain every day in the afternoon . There were just three of us and we were very comfortable , also used the playroom and pool often . We did not cook much , just breakfast mainly , however the kitchen had more than enough .

We especially loved the beds and it was so peaceful , we had the best night sleep

The location is perfect not only because it is walking distance to everything but also because it is so private and secluded at the same time

I found it reasonably priced and exactly as described

This is a beautiful and convenient condo! Walkable to many local restaurants and the beach, and the pool was right outside our patio, but also far enough away to be private. There were only 2 of us, but this would be a perfect place for 2 couples to spend a wonderful time in Tamarindo. We would definitely stay here again. Kattya, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and had plenty of great recommendations! WiFi worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the condo was very clean and well taken care of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is perfect, it has a very good location to visit Tamarindo, super easy access to the pool, games for babies, 🤩 ideal to go with the family and children, 🙌🏽 super clean and well maintained, it is a 1000 out of 10. I'd gladly go back

Amazing place

I went to celebrate my birthday in Tama and we stayed at Kattya's apartment! We were really impressed by the great location and the apartment in general, it's beautiful!! Kattya was super attentive, thank you so much for everything :) I hope to return soon! It's definitely worth staying here!
