The Space
Entering through a charming courtyard, you will find a beautifully crafted custom three-bedroom home. Up the stone stairway is the spacious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a full closet with a safe, a dresser, and a private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom includes a large outdoor shower, his and her sinks, and a generous vanity.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a full closet with a safe, a dresser, and a private ensuite bathroom with a large outdoor shower and his and her sinks with a sizable vanity.
The third bedroom is situated behind the pool in a private Casita. This Casita includes a king-size bed, closet with a safe, dresser, and a full ensuite bathroom with a large outdoor shower.
The main house is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with filtered ice and water dispenser, and a dining table that seats six. Doors open to a spacious BBQ dining area, perfect for meals or snacks while enjoying the large private pool.
An outdoor shower by the pool provides a refreshing rinse after swimming. While lounging on the chaise lounges, you can listen to the sounds of exotic wildlife such as howler monkeys and tropical birds.

Loved the place! Great location just outside of dowtown Tamarindo. Nice easy bike ride or golf cart drive. Also awesome to have access to the Beach Club!

The home, surroundings and outdoor spaces exceeded our expectations! We did not want to leave. The home is in a private development of high end homes. There are a couple of gates in the development with access to a quiet part of the beach. Added bonus is access to the Langosta Beach Club which is a short walk either from the beach or road. We rented a golf cart so we could get into town easier. I recommend reserving a cabana at the club. This was easy to do via email as soon as 1pm the day before. The home is just beautiful! The howler monkeys slept in the trees midday and we saw a ton of birds. The photos do not do it justice. It is larger than it appears and decorated very tastefully. Only difference from is the photos is that you should not keep any of the outside doors open like in the pictures so to avoid bringing the humidity and bugs in the house. We highly recommend!

The home is comfortable, well-equipped with amenities, and has clean rooms with comfortable beds. The property is part of a community, so minimal noise is expected; otherwise, security may show up inside the property, as we experienced during our stay. Communication is handled through a third-party property manager who is responsive, but all support is provided outside of the Airbnb messaging system.

The house was great but you will need a golf cart if you want to run back and forth to the downtown area. The walk is nice the first time but 3 to 4 times a day is too much.

The villa is amazing, there was nothing missing Think about the details The villa pampering a warm homely atmosphere Located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from all the noise of tamarindo Pablo the service manager was in constant contact with me on anything I wanted , interested , asked me if everything to our satisfaction In one morning there was noise from the adjacent villa To us and Pablo handled it professionally so the next day everything was quiet and perfect Certainly will come back again. We had an amazing stay - the host gave us recommendations, accommodated us at every turn, and was extremely friendly. Access to the beach club was a huge plus. Would gladly go back!

We really liked the house, super complete! They were very kind when checking in, they allowed us to leave our bags before entering. The house has everything you need and more, we really enjoyed our stay! And we also take advantage of the Langosta Beach Club that comes included when booking, a very nice place :)
