Great location! It was a 7 min drive or a 20 min walk to the Marina. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to check out. It felt very private and safe. Lots of bathrooms so every one wasn’t constantly waiting. Inside felt very spacious and we were able to spread out but still feel together. She also provided some water for our stay. There were some things to take note of - no laundry use unless you stay for 3 nights otherwise the room is locked. No additional towels for pool use. Around the afternoon, there were lots of bugs by the pool. With the building surrounding the house, you’re only getting the sunlight for midday hours but if you prefer more shade then it’s perfect. Overall would definitely come and stay here again!! You can’t beat that location and the privacy!

Place was as described on Airbnb, Clara is great host and very responsive. We were group of 6 work colleagues who checked-in here to explore Cabos neighborhood. Place is pretty accessible from main road (small walk of 200 mts) leading to city street with good restaurants, super markets options. The property was exactly as described on Airbnb, and Clara proved to be an excellent and highly responsive host. Our group of six colleagues stayed here while exploring the Cabo Beaches and surrounding location worked perfectly for us. It offers convenient access to major roads, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and gas stations nearby. The home is well maintained, and the backyard—with its Small swimming pool setup with fountain, it's an great space for relaxing for families with children. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were spotless and matched the listing details accurately. We truly enjoyed our stay at Clara's place.

Clara's place was fantastic! It was perfect for our group of 6 with the right amount of privacy and communal space. The house is very quiet and if you are in a bedroom, you really can't hear anyone in the kitchen or other parts of the house, which was a huge plus for me. The backyard is fantastic and we spent a lot of time sitting outside and in the pool. We had a minor hiccup during check-in where the cleaning ladies were still there and a bit rushed due to the previous guests departing late. Despite that, we would stay again in a heartbeat. The area is very walkable with adorable coffee shops and great restaurants and about 25 min walking to the marina. We were sad to leave!
