This private Spanish-style villa is located within the gated, exclusive community of Pedregal, known for its residences of celebrities and millionaires. The villa offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, providing guests with a tranquil and private retreat.

Enjoy a lagoon-style swimming pool and an infinity hot tub that offer panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The location is ideal for whale watching and witnessing breathtaking sunsets, just five minutes from Cabo San Lucas.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, which is uniquely positioned with no immediate neighbors, ensuring exceptional privacy and luxury. The large kitchen is fully equipped, and daily maid service is included with every booking. Please note, this is a non-smoking property.
