The Space

Located on the fifth floor of the northern El Cantil building, this beautifully furnished beachfront condominium offers breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, both day and night.

With four master suites, the condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Each suite includes:

• A king-size bed
• An en-suite bathroom
• A private balcony with beautiful views

The spacious private terrace features lounge chairs and provides an ideal setting for enjoying spectacular sunsets over the water.

Inside, the living room, dining area, and kitchen all overlook the Caribbean Sea and receive abundant natural light. The dining table seats eight, while three additional guests can sit at the raised breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and white appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condominium, along with full access to the complex’s common areas.

• Cancún city and airport: 30-minute ferry trip plus a 50-minute drive

Important Information

• The building is scheduled to undergo air-conditioning balcony repairs beginning in August. Construction noise may occur Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with work expected to continue through the end of September.
• A remodeling project in a nearby condominium may cause daytime construction noise for stays from May 20 through June 10.
• Parking at the condominium complex is limited. Guests with vehicles may not be able to park in the El Cantil garage. El Cantil security will advise whether garage parking is available. If it is not, parking is available in the grocery store parking lot across the street.
• A washer and dryer are not available for guest use. The cleaning staff can provide laundry service for a reasonable fee.
• Each booking automatically includes a damage protection policy covering up to $1,750 for minor accidental damage during the stay. Willful or negligent damage may result in additional charges based on the cost of the damage.
• Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, alerts from the noise-monitoring software, or other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and/or legal action if authorities are involved.
• Because El Cantil is located downtown, some noise from nearby resorts, events, or the highway may be audible.
