The Space
Enjoy unbeatable ocean views from the balcony of our 5th-floor condo in the El Cantil northern building. This beautifully furnished beachfront property offers four master suites, each equipped with a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the sea. The condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for groups seeking a luxurious stay at a great value.
The large private terrace features lounge chairs perfect for watching stunning sunsets over the water. The living room, dining area, and kitchen all take full advantage of the Caribbean Sea views, with abundant natural light throughout. The dining table seats eight guests, and there are three tall chairs at the raised bar.
The spacious kitchen includes granite countertops and white appliances, fully equipped for preparing meals when you prefer to dine in.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo as well as full use of the common areas within the complex.

The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Cozumel, where you can find restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Grocery stores and a cinema are just across the street.

- Playa del Carmen City: 30-minute ferry trip
- Cancun City and Airport: 30-minute ferry trip plus 50-minute drive

Important Notes
- Construction near the property will take place Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, between May 26 and November 14. Noise may be noticeable during these hours. No refunds will be issued for this inconvenience.
- The jacuzzi is currently not operational. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Booking includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,750. Willful or negligent damage may result in additional charges.
- A strict no-party and no-loud-noise policy is enforced. Complaints or evidence of disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may lead to fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
- Noise may occur in January and February due to Carnaval and local events.

Four singles stayed. We each had ensuite baths and gorgeous views, some of the ocean, some of the city. Very helpful cleaning staff and concierge. the grounds are great with pool and hot tub. So easy for snorkeling and diving. We were picked up at the pier there for diving. The location of the condo on the corner was amazing! Everything worked well. Location to downtown and grocery stores is great. Loved the design of the condo and it is very well maintained. We so enjoyed gathering on the veranda and seeing the ocean, sky, and everyone having fun being away from the USA. Hoping to come back next year!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and spacious. We loved snorkeling off the pier and swimming in the warm pool. Very close to large stores and many good places to eat.

What an amazing week we had in this unit! It was convenient to everything. Our dive shop was able to pick us up from the pier, and the pool and hot tum were very welcoming! This condo met all our needs and desires!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views from the balcony are absolutely incredible, and the location cannot be beat for walking to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Two of the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were on a different A/C unit than the other two, and one unit appeared to be a bit quirky so one side of the unit seemed noticeably warmer than the other side. The temps during our visit were relatively mild (around 80 Fahrenheit during the day) so it was not a problem at all. This was the only very minor imperfection. The unit was very clean and very comfortable and definitely matched the photos and description. Great availability of hot water for showers and all basic necessities in the kitchen. The provided elevator key cards worked flawlessly every time, and the doormen were always very friendly and professional. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. :) Thank you for a great place to stay!

Very nice building and pool complex, convenient location. Security folks were awesome, friendly and helpful. Maid service was very good. Beautiful views, especially sunsets from the balcony. Snorkeling was good right at the property with easy ladder access off two separate piers. Lots of taxis available at all times and good grocery store across the street. Easy vacation

Es un departamento muy equipado, amplio y cómodo, con unas vistas espectaculares, la ubicación es muy buena, tiene tiendas grandes cerca, el muelle de embarque etc. el departamento muy bien aunque el edificio tiene algunos detalles de mtto.
