The Space
This beachfront studio offers a limited side view of the ocean. It includes:
- A small kitchen
- Small refrigerator
- Microwave
- High-speed Wi-Fi

- Access to a spa and gym
The condominium shares facilities with the all-inclusive boutique hotel Oleo Cancun. Since the units are privately rented, guests may purchase the hotel’s all-inclusive food and drink package directly at the front desk. Oleo Cancun sets the prices, which are usually approximately $95 USD per person per day, except during Christmas. Packages can be purchased for individual days or for an entire week.
You may also bring your own food and drinks to the pool or beach.
There are three restaurants across the street and another restaurant very close to the beach. Additional dining options are available on the lagoon side across the street, as the on-site restaurants are part of the all-inclusive program.
A buffet breakfast is also available for approximately $35 USD per person per day.

Guest Access
The following facilities are available at no additional cost:
- Beach chairs and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, except those reserved for certain vacation club members

We will provide a guide with information about nearby restaurants, transportation, local attractions, and popular excursions. At Relaxico, we can also help guests book activities at the wholesale prices available to us.

Airport Transfers
Authorized private drivers are available for airport-to-condominium and condominium-to-airport transfers at an additional cost. Uber and regular taxis are not authorized at the airport, so booking transportation in advance is recommended to avoid being overcharged, even if you choose a provider other than our drivers.
Tours and Activities
We work with the area’s main wholesaler and offer reliable service, along with honest advice about available activities and parks.
Cleaning
Additional cleaning can be requested for an extra charge. The cleaning and laundry fee collected at booking covers service provided at check-out.
Towels
The studio includes:
- Two beach towels
- Two bathroom towels
Towels are not changed daily. If you need fresh towels, please contact us the day before so we can schedule our staff.
Visitors
The condominium does not allow visitors.
Views
The studio is located on the fourth level and faces the side of the building. The sea is visible, but only to a limited extent, exactly as shown from the kitchenette.
On the first level, a terrace with utility ducts is visible when looking downward. For a clearer ocean view, you may choose one of the other options available through Relaxico. The beach is only four levels below.

Great stay with Agustín. Access to the beach is super quick and convenient, with very nice lounge chairs to enjoy it to the fullest. The pool with ocean views is a big plus and makes the experience even better. The facilities are very well maintained; the space has a refrigerator for the basics and a spacious bathroom. The room is a bit small, but it does the job perfectly and is very functional. Definitely a great option to enjoy and relax.

Unfortunately, the value for money is not right. The images only partially match the reality. The beach is windy all year round, with strong waves; not the calm, turquoise water shown. Beautiful beaches can only be reached after about 30–45 minutes. Overall, the place looks worse than in the photos. The view is only appealing from a certain angle; below that, there are, among other things, rusted elements. The windows were dirty; the room cannot be completely darkened. The A/C does not work properly and cools down strongly and continuously regardless of the setting. The wifi is very weak. In the kitchen, numerous small insects appeared early on; spot cleaning did not bring about any lasting improvement. In addition, the bathroom door is defective and cannot be opened from the inside. Overall, not recommended.

Great place for a short stay. Easy integration into the hotel amenities on site- pool,gym, beach. Host was very responsive - helpful for airport pickup and excursions and accommodating out of norm check in time. Would stay again!

The room has everything you need for two people, I liked the atmosphere of the hotel with swimming pools, jacuzzi, direct access to the beach. And I chose that place since I was not looking for all-inclusive, because of the tours I went on, and it is close to restaurants, supermarkets and community buses to leave the hotel area and go to other places.
