The property accommodates up to four adults:

• Master bedroom: King-size bed, smart television, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the large Private Terrace with stunning marina views.
• Guest bedroom: Double bed, smart television, and full en-suite bathroom.
• Living room: Pull-out bed that can accommodate one additional guest.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and everything needed to prepare meals.

The spacious living room features pocket doors that open onto the Private Terrace. The terrace includes:

Important Information

Renovation Work

Puerto Paraiso is carrying out light renovations on the second level. Work is scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal may take place at night. Every effort is being made to minimize disturbances.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at this property. If you plan to travel with a pet or service dog, please let us know in advance so we can help find suitable accommodations. Pets arriving without prior notice will not be allowed on the property.

Noise

The property is located downtown, just steps from Cabo’s nightlife. As a result, nights may be noisy due to music, particularly in the bedroom facing the marina.

Parking

If you plan to rent a car, please notify us in advance so security can be informed and parking access can be arranged.

Keys

Please leave the condominium keys inside the property when you depart. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $20 USD.

Monthly Reservations

Monthly reservations are accepted. An additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply. Please confirm the deposit requirement before booking.

Community Access

Because this property is located within a residential community, guests must provide identification and sign the community rules to receive access. Please message us if you need specific information about the community guidelines.

External Vendors
