• Guest bedroom: double bed, smart TV, and full en suite bathroom.
• Living room: pull-out bed suitable for an additional guest.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and all necessary utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living room opens through pocket doors to the private terrace, which includes a dining table, lounge seating, and a BBQ grill.

Important Information

Please note that as of December 2025, Puerto Paraíso Mall is undergoing renovation on the second level near the parking area. Construction work, including removal, demolition, and masonry, will occur from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional nighttime cleaning and debris removal. A reduced rate is offered due to this, but some noise or disturbance may be experienced during your stay.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the Paraiso Residences amenities, including concierge staff, 24-hour security, private elevator access, and the fitness center with marina views.

Additional Notes

• Renovations at Puerto Paraíso Mall involve light work during daytime hours and occasional quiet cleaning at night. Efforts are made to minimize disturbances.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. If traveling with a pet or service dog, please inform us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Last-minute arrivals with pets will not be allowed.
• The condo is located downtown near Cabo’s nightlife, which may result in noise, especially in the bedroom facing the marina.
• If you plan to rent a car, notify us beforehand to arrange parking access and security.
• Please return condo keys upon departure. Lost keys incur a $20 USD replacement fee.
• Monthly reservations are accepted but may require an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month. Confirm this before booking.
• As the property is within a residential community, guests must provide ID and agree to community rules for access. Contact us for details on the community guidelines.
