Casa Gran de Vistas

We had an incredible stay and you cannot beat the view! The bedrooms are fantastic and the house did not disappoint. The gated community is very safe, but the drive to the house is as steep as possible. Overall we loved the house and the management company was very responsive with an excellent cleaning service each day. Our favorite restaurants were Ginger and Father Roosters and the local beaches were great.

This location was absolutely beautiful and private. Security is top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if the opportunity comes arpund again. Thank you Krain for making my families experiences in Costa Rica the best they could be.

We loved our stay. The pool and outdoor space were even more beautiful than the photos, and we spent a lot of time outside. The drive up to the house was very steep, but the views were incredible. We loved that it was close to a few different family-friendly beaches and many great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We especially loved Playa Ocotal, Ginger Restaurant, and live music at Roberto’s. The beach chairs and beach toys were helpful for the kids. The treadmill worked, but the equipment and fitness area were very dated; still usable but just to be aware! We could not get the tv in the master bedroom to work, but it did not affect our stay. Staff was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall it was a great house and we would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house is almost as beautiful as the view! Gaby was incredibly helpful from booking until checkout. We took advantage of her concierge services to schedule private chef dinners (Juliette, Chef Myriam, Jimmy and Nico were amazing and we loved them!), transportation and excursions (highly recommend the catamaran rental!). Directions were clear and all of the details were covered. Just a great trip, thank you so much!

This place was nice and clean excellent views and very clean. Our tour guide Julien was a great guy… Every was great to me!! The only thing was that the Pool lights didn’t work at night but besides that everything was great. Responded every time I needed them No other complaints but the pool lights were not a big deal but they still need repaired.. Like I said all around a great place I would recommend to anyone!!

The house is even better in person! Gorgeous views that our group enjoyed especially in the mornings and evenings. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of space. We had the hosts book us in-house massages, a private chef dinner and ATV tour which was a simple and easy process. The massages were wonderful and the private chef dinner was soooo good - literally every dish was delicious. ATV tour was also fun. We also tried local restaurants Peninsula CR, Cafe Corazon and Pura Vida juice bar - all so good! Having a rental car isn’t necessary if you plan to hang mostly at the house, but we were pretty active and found having two vehicles very helpful. The house is at the top of a steep hill but was manageable with a vehicle. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! It has stunning views and a perfect outdoor space to enjoy your surroundings. We opted not to have a car and were happy as the home is situated on a very steep hill! Our group of 8 did walk to the grocery store but it is an extremely challenging walk. There really isnt anything walkable, but we planned for that. The home is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and it was nice that each bedroom had a bathroom and wonderful views! We would definitely return.

Very nice place and exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need. This house is beautiful and the perfect spot for a quiet vacation.
