It is a modern, pleasant and spacious space. With very good accessibility from the basement to the terrace. Facilities in good condition. With a restaurant with very good food and friendly staff. A good option in Bucerías.

Spacious apartment with a very nice view of the town. The restaurant is very good and at a very good price. Incredible views. The staff is very friendly and has a very good attitude. An excellent place to vacation and very well located. It needs a little cleaning, but overall the apartment was fine. The tablet for ordering from the restaurant didn't work, there was no bottled water, and the main toilet didn't have a seat. They told us they were going to send one, but it never arrived.

The place is beautiful, with a stunning view from the rooftop pool. The food is delicious and the prices are affordable. The parking is safe and the facilities in general are exactly as shown in the photos. The only detail is that the sea is not calm in this area and we had to go to other beaches, perhaps because of the season, but overall it was very good... I would definitely come back😍
