Property Keys
One set of keys and one bracelet will be provided. Please request instructions a few days before your arrival.
Guest Policies
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Parties and disruptive noise are prohibited.
- Vacation students and single guests under 25 years old are not permitted unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
- The complex is an exclusive residential area. All guests must behave respectfully in the common areas and avoid activities that could disturb or generate complaints from neighbors.
- Only guests registered on the reservation may stay overnight. Additional guests and outside visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
Water and Electricity
Please help conserve water and electricity by turning off the air conditioning and lights when the bedrooms are not in use and whenever you are away from the apartment.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy is six guests. Additional guests are not permitted, and only those registered on the reservation may stay in the unit.
Damages
If anything in the apartment is damaged, Airbnb will send a request to resolve the issue.
Building Rules and Security
Guests agree to follow all building rules. Violating any building rule may result in termination of the rental agreement.
Guests are responsible for securing the apartment. Keep the entrance door closed and locked, as well as the balcony doors closed and locked whenever you are away. The property is not responsible for theft or the replacement of stolen valuables during your stay.
Housekeeping and Towels
The reservation includes limited maid service, consisting of one cleaning per week. Additional cleaning is available for an extra charge of $40 USD per day.
Bath and beach towels are provided on site. Bath towels may not be used as beach towels.
Parking
If you rent a car, please park it in your designated parking space.
Bar Availability
The bar will be closed from September 16 through October 6.

My family loved staying here. The location was perfect as it was quiet at the condo but easy to get to the excitement of 5th Ave. Our favorite part was the view. Highly recommend!

Great stay and very close to ADO buses, if traveling from Cancun Airports.. also, quick 5 minute walk to 5th Ave,, Ferry’s,, convenient Will definitely consider this place again

5 stars all around — the host saved our vacation, literally! Our lodging fell through at 8p the night we arrived after a long day of travel. I needed to book something else quickly and was able to reserve this AirBnB. The host was super responsive, allowing us to check-in within 30 minutes of requesting the reservation. Even though they weren’t expecting us, place was spotless with every amenity we could need. Location was killer, beds comfortable, and the view breathtaking. Will absolutely be booking again next time we’re in town!

Lovely place! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect view for morning coffee! The beach was great, pool was peaceful (no lack of lounge chairs), and easily walkable to restaurants and the grocery store. We loved the filtered water and well-appointed kitchen.

Great location, very easy short walk to the mall and 5th ave, internet was not super fast but fast enough, very nice and quiet apartment complex with great pool lounge chairs and right in front of the beach and water. AC worked well. Washer dryer is a combo unit and although drying takes time it worked well.

This condo is right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped property. It is centrally located in Playa Del Carmen with many great restaurants and shopping within short walking distance. It is also within short walking distance to the Cozumel ferry. The condo has two bedrooms which is ideal for families with children. Everything in the condo was very clean with great amenities including a full kitchen and great WIFI. The pool is a very short distance from the condo and the beach is right next to the pool. There is a pool side bar with drinks and snacks which very convenient. The property is quiet and private with great security. The condo is a terrific value and I highly recommend it.
