Las Palomas Villas is a family-owned property featuring four private villas surrounded by lush tropical gardens, just a short walk from Cocles Beach. Each villa provides families and groups with private bedrooms, a kitchen, and living space, while the shared pool area offers a welcoming place to gather.
Enjoy the best of both worlds: connection when you want it and privacy when you need it. An on-site concierge is available to assist throughout your stay.
Children aged 7 and older are welcome.
The Space
This reservation includes two fully equipped two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas: Villa Aliblanca and Villa Rojiza. The villas have a similar layout, and Villa Aliblanca is fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
Each villa includes:
- An open-concept main living area surrounded by nature and fully screened for comfort
- Sliding screened doors that open the living area to the garden
- Large wraparound decks with hammocks and seating areas
- Ceiling fans to promote airflow and keep the villas comfortable on most days
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Filtered water
- Fully enclosed, air-conditioned bedrooms
- King-size beds, ceiling fans, televisions, and large bathrooms in each bedroom
- A safe and en suite bathroom in the main bedroom
- A second bathroom located off the main living area, immediately next to the second bedroom
- King-size beds that can be separated for added flexibility

Guest Access
- The on-site concierge will contact you through a messaging app to confirm your arrival time and greet you personally.
- Check-in is available between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Upon arrival, you will be shown to your villa and given a brief orientation to the villa and surrounding areas.
Additional Information
The pool, outdoor lounge area, and yoga deck are shared spaces available to all guests.

Great place. Comfortable, well-equipped and safe villas. Very quiet and private. Centrally located for different beaches. I would definitely come back, highly recommended!

We were looking for them for our family, away from the noise of the center, to be able to sleep well at night, but close to supermarkets and an exit to the beach.

An excellent location, the design of the villas is super comfortable bathrooms and comfortable rooms as well. Would definitely come back.

Very beautiful setting. Clean. No grill. One refrigerator did not work well. No ice trays.

The place is super nice and comfortable, it is located in a more remote place but close to restaurants and supermarkets. The staff girls were always very friendly and efficient.

The grounds of this place are beautiful, lush landscaping and a sparkling pool. There are several houses that all share the pool, and plants that surround it are out of Jurassic park. the toucans and parrots come early in the morning to sit in the trees and chat up the residents. We also heard from howler monkeys. The place itself was impeccably clean, the main living area was beautifully done with wood and screens. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the essentials. The owner and caretaker were very responsive to all my questions and needs. Communication was good. The bathrooms have good hot water and are modern and well appointed. Super soft towels. Great neighborhood, lots of awesome restaurants with monkeys and sloths in the trees, within walking distance on the beach. Good distance to Cahuita, Punta Uva and Manzanillo.
