Beautiful days around the lake at Annika’s compound. We enjoyed yoga,swim, hammock, paddle boarding and a short walk to town. I would 💯 return to stay here. The massage by Isabel & Theressa were top notch and Mirko was kind and readily available with anything we needed. Muchas gracias por todo!

Annikia’s Airbnb was absolutely incredible. The photographs were accurately depicted. The views from the home were postcard worthy. Very peaceful area. There are several great restaurants nearby as well. Mirko was very knowledgeable and helpful for getting whatever we needed booked. His response time and generosity was awesome. Thank you for a great memory.

Stunning place, we can't recommend it more! The house and property are gorgeous and private, and we loved having direct access to the lake and incredible views (though there are quite a lot of stairs!) Pablo and Annika were both responsive and so helpful with answering our questions and organizing things. It's very walkable to San Marcos and the nature reserve, and just a short boat ride to the other towns. From the yoga shala and outdoor dining to the temazcal sauna and swimming dock, this is an amazing location to truly immerse yourself at Lake Atitlan!

Annika and staff made us feel like we were right at home! Their place is one-of-a-kind with stunning views and beautiful architecture. We loved every single detail. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always welcoming. Pablo was especially great! I’m definitely coming back!

Spectacular experience, especially for us a family with young children, at the most incredible spot in Lake Atitlan. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay with great design, wonderful service, and an authentic experience overall. We loved San Marcos as a home base and were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of Annika, Daniel, Sandra, and the rest of the team. We can’t wait to visit again someday.

Words cannot accurately express the level of beauty. We have traveled to many beautiful places all over the world and this home was in our top 3 ever. The view alone is breathtaking but the hosts are equally as wonderful. Sondra made us incredible meals every morning and the most delicious dinners. Pablo and Vicente look care of our family with great concern. Isabella came and provided massages and was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and Annika and family shared their lovely home with such grace. We are truly grateful for them sharing their special space. We highly recommend!

Location was amazing and the view was surreal! Annika was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had about the area and provided me with local contacts for guides and ferries. Pablo the caretaker was also very helpful and always on standby to assist with any issues guests had.

We absoulutely loved our stay at Annika's home. It was even better than the pictures. The view was surreal. The location was the best on the lake. Pablo, the caretaker, was helpful & available. Cisne, the onsite host, was lovely and knowledgable. We fell in love with the cats. The kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. The outdoor dining room, the temescal, the dock, the yoga shala, the paddleboards. . .all perfection. Truly can't say enough good things. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!!

This location is beyond stunning. Our kids had lots of fun in the water and beautiful scenery. The food was authentic and delicious cuisine. We will remember this trip from the majestic photos we took off the dock. For adventure lovers, walk the path to the national forest along the cliffs. The hosts were so kind, helpful, and had such peaceful demeanors. Thank you for such amazing hospitality. Definitely worth a return trip to this majestic destination in the future. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
