The space 🏡 Welcome to Casa Punta Vista
Casa Punta Vista is a very spacious property, ideal to enjoy with family or friends.
It has pools on the ground floor and on the roof of a bedroom with stunning views of the entire Zicatela Bay. A perfect style and quality of life to relax with an amazing view.
In addition, the house is equipped with STARLINK internet, the best connection you will find in the Puerto Escondido area.
On the ground floor you will find a living room with Mediterranean styles and oriental touches with direct opening over the pool open to the horizon. The open dining room is located on the first floor along with the equipped kitchen, creating a fresh, bright and cozy atmosphere, with different corners to rest or share.
The house has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and air conditioning:
- a master bedroom with a king size bed, terrace with private living room and the best view.
- 2 rooms with queen size beds and access to a private garden
- 1 duplex room with a king size bed on the upper level and a double bed on the lower level

The house is rented completely private.
You will have exclusive access to: Swimming pools, rooftop, kitchen, terraces and all the rooms.

Other things to note 🧹 Cleaning and maintenance
Casa Punta Vista includes daily housekeeping service, at no additional cost. Our partner is part of the team on a regular basis and has access to the property to ensure that everything is kept clean and tidy during your stay. This is intended for your added comfort.
Neighborhood respect and regulation : The villa is not intended for parties. Organizing events is prohibited. It is forbidden to make noise or play music after 10:30 p.m. or before 10:00 a.m. Violating these rules of silence will lead to sanctions and fines.
Child 👶 safety
Please be advised that both the pool and the rooftop plunge pool area do not have special protection for small children. Therefore, when renting Casa Punta Vista, the care and supervision of minors is at your sole responsibility.
⚡ Light and internet
Although it is not common, temporary light or internet cuts can sometimes be presented throughout the area of La Punta de Zicatela. Usually the service is automatically reset in a few minutes.
A folding baby cot is available, remember to request it before you arrive.
Important: Only chefs and kitchen suppliers recommended or previously approved by us are authorized. The entry of any external cook or supplier without prior authorization will be the sole responsibility of the guest, who will be liable for any damage, incident, or inconvenience that may arise from their hiring.

Puerto Escondido is beautiful, but thanks to our Airbnb, it was even better. From the moment we arrived, the hosts treated us in the best way and helped us with transportation, renting an ATV, tours and a list of recommendations. 10/10 for this house with finishes and a vibe on another level. Everything was super clean, and the rooms were very spacious, with super comfortable beds.🌴🌴🌴🫰

A wonderful house! Ideal if you're traveling as a group. The hosts are very helpful, and the house is as nice as it looks in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is a good temperature, and there's internet in case you work from home. I just recommend renting a car or asking for a taxi contact so they can pick you up when you go out. We had a great time on a trip with friends :)

The house is very nice and is located in a quiet and pleasant area. Eden's service was excellent; he was always very attentive and available to help us. The only point to consider is that there is currently a construction site nearby, and during the day there may be quite a bit of noise. We understand that it is something external and beyond the control of the accommodation, but it can be a bit annoying. Overall, we had a good stay.

Everything is very good, excellent service, friendly, they responded quickly to answer questions, according to the photos and the place is quite quiet. We were fascinated. A very small suggestion (Light in the kitchen) The kitchen needed a little more lighting, or more power for the light that was there. Apart from that, everything was very good.

We loved the beautiful house, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. However, some important aspects were not fully reflected in the listing. Building works, noise and dust were disclosed, but the entire view was obstructed by the construction site, and workers could see into the house and pool areas. The inconvenient restriction that toilet paper could not be flushed was not disclosed until our arrival. While the pool area being slippery was mentioned, we found it extremely slippery even for adults, and the balustrades and layout require caution with young children. Most significantly, a neighbouring Airbnb, also managed by the host, had extremely loud DJ music on and off for around 1½ days. At times, we could barely hear ourselves speak. Gabriel tried several times to resolve this, but the disturbance continued and significantly affected our stay. Overall, a beautiful property with helpful hosts, but we feel these points should be made clearer to future guests.

The place was excellent. The house is super nice and extremely clean. All the rooms are super well equipped and were very comfortable. The pool was always clean. All the services were working perfectly. The streets are not paved, but that's normal in all of Puerto Escondido and can be solved by renting a motorcycle or taking a taxi, so it's not a problem. We were a large group of 10 and the truth is we loved everything. They are always available in case you need something and they give you lots of recommendations. The cleaning person and all the people who assist you make you feel at ease. We will definitely stay here again.
