Blue Haven- 3 Bedroom Residence

Beautiful condo. We really enjoyed the stay with our adult kids and 5 year old grand daughter. We stayed on the first floor which made access to the pool so nice. Plenty of lounging area both inside and out. Dennis and Richard were so easy to communicate with. Dennis answered all of my questions starting with when we booked and all the way through to our last day. He was always quick to respond. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic home and very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed plus included a pitcher of rum punch on arrival, had spices and a full coffee offering. Really enjoyed the space, it was perfect for us. The pool was cleaned daily. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again! only one negative/ but also positive - location was a down a long dirt road and maybe because it rained, the road to the house was extremely bumpy. communication with Denis was excellent/ very responsive

We enjoyed our stay at Hol Chan Reef Resort! Although off the beaten path the property was peaceful and beautiful. Bonus was having a bar/restaurant across the street.

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It’s quiet and very clean. The only reason I wouldn’t book here again is the road from town to the condo was pretty bumpy in a golf cart.

Condo was as described and photos are accurate. Facility was wonderful. Location is beautiful, although the public road leading to the property can be rough after a rainfall. Staff was very helpful and had many connections for transportation, dining, tour outings, and spa services.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Haven- 3 Bedroom Residence. The unit is exactly how it appears in the photos. The place was super clean and comes with all of the bath and beach towels you need as well as starter supplies of shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc. I found the starter set to be a better quantity that most other airbnbs we have stayed at which is very nice. There is also a fresh water cooler with an initial jug of water, which was plenty for our family of 6 for 4 nights. I cannot speak highly enough of Sandra with Suya Property Management. She met us at check in and was also there at check out. She thoroughly explained everything about the unit and gave local tips and insights. Leading up to our arrival she was on point with communication and quickly answered any questions. Additionally Manolo (airport taxi), Tony (taxi driver to Secret Beach), Richard (tour organizer), and Leonard/Gabi (snorkel tour guides) and Edwin (pool bar) were also amazing.

The home was perfectly located on the ground floor so you could lounge looking at the pool, beach and dock. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 to be comfortable. Suya was excellent reaching out in advance to help us think about activities. Even though we did not confirm anything before we arrived Sandra and Richard helped us confirm boat excursions and massages during our stay. They were very responsive and kind when ever we had questions. We loved the space. It was quiet and relaxing even though we were sharing the pools with other guests on the property. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is perfect. The beds are really comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious. Suya was really responsive and replied fast she also connected us with Sandra and she helped us to book the golf carts, tours and round trip ferry and taxis. Sandra was excellent. The house is 3 miles from town but the golf carts was a fun trip to town. The pool is really good!! The house has air-conditioner throughout the unit. Kitchen is well supplied. Our experience was fantastic!!! I really recommend!!
