All areas of our gated community including trails & the waterfall (which drys out between Jan-Apr) Other things to note Housekeeping services are included twice weekly and laundry services are available on the premises for a minimal extra cost (3000 colones per load for washing and drying). The pictures show a collection of all units which are the same in size & layout, just the decoration & furniture varies from unit to unit. Please note: There are steps to ALL units (min 10), so if you have preferences in terms of upstairs or downstairs units, please let us know. There is a short (30 meters) but steep hill to climb up (for those who don't rent a car), so please be aware. The rates for this rental are designed to be more accessible for smaller groups, so be sure to include the right guest number to get an accurate quote. Rates are the same for 1-2 guests, after that there is an extra guest fee of $15 per person per night for each extra guest. Damages to the property or its content that occur during your stay will be charged to you (this may be covered by Airbnb's AirCover, but we must explain this in our description so you are aware).
