Inside, the house features air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and high-speed fiber internet. Stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and more, or hold Zoom calls with ease. The living area includes a couch with a recliner, and the full kitchen is equipped with ultra-hot water heated by solar energy.
The outdoor kitchen is well-appointed with quartz countertops, a mini refrigerator, bar seating, a smart TV, a built-in propane grill, an authentic Tico grill, and a patio table with chairs. It is conveniently situated next to the infinity-edge pool.

Important Notes
- The house operates on a septic system. Only septic-safe toilet paper should be flushed. Please dispose of baby wipes or similar products in the trash bins provided in each bathroom.
- Power outages may occur occasionally due to fallen trees affecting power lines. The local utility company responds quickly. Flashlights, candles, and matches are available in the kitchen for use during outages.
- Please refer to the Welcome Guide or House Manual for recommendations on nearby restaurants, which are plentiful and highly rated.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Quences. Kevin was very proactive in communication, including how to get to the house, local recommendations and local connections for more information. We were there for the views and the peace and quiet which did not disappoint. The property is very well kept and any small issues we had were taken care of by the local manager Kevin works with. The drive up and down the hill does require 4x4 in case of rain and expect about 20ish minutes to either Uvita or Dominical. Driving in that area is very relaxed and Google/Waze did a great job. There are a lot of dining options in either direction and grocery shopping was super easy at any of the local stores. There are several beach options to explore with each offering a little different vibe. Dominicalito was great for a more quiet option. Mornings and evenings on the deck, listen to the birds and occasional monkeys was exactly why we chose Kevin's place. I'd guess we will be back.

Kevin was awesome. I’ll definitely will be back. The view is nice everything about the place is very beautiful. You get to see new things like animals frogs it’s a whole lot of jungle if your adventurous. My 30th bday Will Be Remembered ❤️

Our stay at Kevin’s place was amazing. The property is incredible! Infinity pool overlooking the ocean was so perfect. It’s even more amazing than the pictures. There is an incredible garden. We even saw Toucans in the trees just on the deck! Kevin is an outstanding host. Absolute top notch communication and very flexible with us, totally going out of his way to accommodate our travel plans. The place is so quiet and private. Dark skies at night and the sounds of the jungle were amazing. The house is clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals as well…including an outdoor kitchen and grill! This is the perfect place for you to get away from the noise of the local towns and really settle into the beauty of Costa Rica. We would absolutely stay again! Thanks again, Kevin. Pura Vida!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Kevins Haus sehr genossen. Wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Uvita und auch der Nationalpark Manuel Antonio sind gut zu erreichen.

Zunächst möchte ich sagen, dass die Aussicht wirklich fantastisch ist!!! Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr anstrengend und ausschließlich mit 4x4 machbar. Schnell abends Essen gehen ist eher nicht möglich, besonders wenn es regnet. Essen muss gut geplant werden. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr klein und das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche findet sich eine Sammlung alter Kochuntensilien und zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr. Ein großes Highlight neben der Aussicht ist der Pool. Auch Rudy der Manager des Anwesens ist leicht zu erreichen. Man kann grundsätzlich während des Aufenthaltes mit mehreren Stromausfällen rechnen. Wenn die Unterkunft etwas renoviert wird könnte es toll werden.

El anfitrión es muy atento y brindó un buen servicio. La piscina y la vista es lo mejor del lugar ! Llegamos en 4x2 con dificultades.

The view and outdoor space make you not want to leave the home. While sitting on the deck we were even able to view whales and dolphins. The view of the Whale Tail is permanently imprinted on our brains. The house accommodated 2 couple well. Many of the restaurants and tourist activities are within a 30min drive.
