• The concierge can arrange rental cars or 4x4 taxis for guest pickups. A proper four-wheel-drive vehicle (4x4 or AWD) is required if renting a car.
• Luggage service is provided on arrival and departure days.

Cancellation Policy

Due to potential changes in government regulations or unforeseen personal circumstances, guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations for any reason. Unless permitted by Airbnb’s cancellation policy, reservations cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Visitor and Vendor Policy
