As you walk into El Taj Ocean the first thing you are tropical gardens and the Ocean. It's breathtaking! As you walk into this unit the full view of the water is unbelievable. Relax on the large private balcony or your own private jacuzzi as well as the beach or poolside. Order drinks from ASI Beach restaurant downstairs or buy the Margarita fixings and make your own. Watch the sun rise in the morning from your balcony. A most incredible condo! The space In addition to winning architectural awards, El Taj Ocean has been named one of the best condo hotels in Playa del Carmen. We do have additional units for rent. There is a choice of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom condo’s, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom penthouse units. Penthouse units also have a private rooftop, jacuzzi, gas grill, and lounge furniture. All units have views of either the pool and sanctuary or the water. All units have full kitchens with everything you need including a coffee maker, full refrigerator, stove, blender, full-size coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. El Taj Ocean Condo/Hotels has only 40 units, full concierge service, maid service and opened in 2010. All units are air conditioned with temperature controls in each rom as well as ceiling fans and 5 gallon bottles of water. It is paradise. The address is 1st Ave. and Calle 14. Guest access Entire condo, private beach club, Gym, 3 separate restaurants, spa and more. Other things to note ASI Beach Club (restaurant) is on the premises

Laura's place was the the perfect spot to stay in Playa Del Carmen. We enjoyed how walkable it was and has a great view over the beach.

my family and I had a great time at Laura’s place. the staff was always available, cleanning was every day available as well and all appliances worked perfectly despite been ocean front, which requires lots of maintenance to keep everything working and that’s the case here. definitely suitable for a family or group of friends.

Great condo and perfect location! All of the staff at El Taj were very friendly and super helpful. We walked everywhere! Lots of shopping, great restaurants and activities nearby. Previous reviews I read didn’t like the restaurant on site, but we had breakfast there and thought it was fine. *The only downside is the beach in front of the condo is not really usable. There are boats docked there, and the water looks murky. It is an easy walk to the public beaches, or numerous beach clubs nearby. The pool area is great too!!! To us this was minor inconvenience, and would not deter us from coming back.

Posh accommodations, helpful staff, perfect location. My family of all ages had a lot of fun. My young children loved the pool, and my teenagers enjoyed the night life. Very delicious restaurants off of the main strip.
