The second floor features three bedrooms:

Guest Access
The entire home is available for your enjoyment.
All guests must register with identification, and only registered guests are permitted to access the community. Visitors are not allowed.

A starter supply of toiletries is provided, including:
- Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- One roll of paper towels
- Two laundry pods
- Two dishwasher pods
Once these supplies have been used, guests are responsible for restocking them. If you anticipate needing additional supplies, we recommend bringing extras.

The house is very nice, the residential complex is very quiet, and there are options for playing sports. Lara responds quickly and is very friendly. We hope to return!

Great place! We loved having a house large enough for our group and being able to also have the extra amenities offered in the community at the house. It was walking distance to the beach and a quick drive or a walk to the main part of Jaco beach. Would definitely stay here again

Had an amazing time in Jaco! This house was incredible, felt super safe, really loved the community pool and the people there. And was very close to the beach. I will note though, the location on the listing makes it seem like it’s right down town. That is not the case which makes it a super quiet relaxing environment to come back to but if you’re looking to spend a lot of time downtown Jaco. I’d recommend getting bikes at a shop in town. We loved the place. It had everything we needed. The place is very safe and close to everything on foot. And access to the pool is really a plus! Lara was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was close to a beautiful wide sandy beach, was within an easy Uber ride to restaurants and attractions and had a large walk-in swimming pool for those days we wanted to simply relax at home. There were eight adults and two babies at the home, and it accommodated all easily. The gated community was quiet and peaceful. We were able to arrange cleanings during our stay which kept the place tidy. The full kitchen was handy on those few occasions we stayed in for meals.
