The Space
The beach house includes:
- Five spacious rooms with a total of 17 beds. Each room has a private bathroom and shower.
- A fully equipped living room for relaxing and spending time together.
- A complete kitchen with the utensils needed to prepare meals and drinks, including a microwave, blender, and coffee maker.
- Two charming dining tables with ocean views, positioned in front of the kitchen and ideal for sharing meals with family and friends.
- Quiet spaces and shared areas where you can relax to the sound of the waves.
- A common area with sofas and hammocks, perfect for reading, resting, or enjoying the surroundings.
- A private swimming pool for daytime swims or sunset relaxation.
- Shared restrooms.
- An oceanfront social area with direct sea views, ideal for watching the sunset, enjoying a campfire, or spending time with loved ones. Firewood is not provided.
House Rules and Tips
- The beach house accommodates a maximum of 12 people. An additional fee of $15 per person applies for groups exceeding this limit.
- Children aged 2 and older are charged the entrance fee and must be included in the total guest count when booking.
Quiet Hours
Please keep music and overall noise to a minimum after 11:00 p.m. to avoid disturbing neighboring properties.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed for a small additional fee.
- Pets must be supervised at all times.
- Pets are not permitted on the beds. If this rule is not followed, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
Use and Care of the Property
- Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area for safety reasons.
- Turn off lights and air conditioners when they are not in use or when leaving the room.
- Dispose of garbage properly in the designated receptacles.
- Do not flush toilet paper or feminine hygiene products down the toilet.
What to Bring
- Drinking water for personal consumption. The property has water, but it is not purified.
- Personal towels.
Guest Access
The accommodation is located in Playa Costa Azul, Acajutla, Sonsonate, just a few minutes from the main road. The street is in good condition, making the property easily accessible by any type of vehicle.

Quite a spacious place for a large group to stay. Since the facilities are mostly private properties nearby, they should allow earlier check-in, around noon, and not until 3:00 PM, considering that most of the time, people enjoy the first day they arrive, and on the day of departure, there isn't much time for leisure due to the set check-out time.

A super comfortable ranch with plenty of space for large families, with well-distributed spaces. It's very nice and just like the photos. The location is quite good and the beach is very nice.

Excellent place. Great for large groups, conveniently located. Direct beach access. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Miguel is very friendly and willing to help you if you need it. RECOMMENDED!!!!

The house was spectacular. My girlfriends family was super excited and they left amazed. Shout out to Miguel and his family for making us feel welcomed. The house is in a great place right in front of the beach. Quiet just like how we wanted as this was a family trip.
