Located in one of Bogotá’s best areas, this magnificent 2,255-square-foot penthouse combines the subtle charm of Chapinero with a distinctive, luxurious design.

Special architectural details include dramatic 24-foot-high windows, glass ceilings surrounding the living room, an integrated 24-foot-high vertical garden, and a terrace. These features bring abundant natural light and a touch of nature into the heart of the city.

The spacious penthouse includes:

The glass ceilings help maintain a comfortable temperature inside. Natural warmth from the sunlight is retained overnight, while a gas fireplace between the dining and living rooms provides additional comfort on colder days. The apartment also has underfloor heating throughout.

Guests can enjoy the comfort of home with a touch of Colombian flavor. The daily rate includes two hours of cleaning service per day, excluding Saturdays and holidays.

Guest Access

Guests enter through the building’s main entrance, where front desk employees are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Access through the parking lot is independent and is also attended by the front desk staff.

The penthouse has a private entrance separate from the building’s other apartments and is secured with an electronic, programmable keypad lock.
