Casa White Cape is a luxurious eight-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom multi-villa estate in the private, gated Laguna Hills community on the East Cape. The property is just steps from the beach and features a saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, daily housekeeping, and full membership privileges at the nearby Vera Neo Beach Club, including access to its beachfront pool, gym, dining, and other facilities.

The East Cape is known for its peaceful, laid-back atmosphere, and guests consistently tell us they feel safer here than in many U.S. cities.

House Rules and Important Information

Cleaning and Sanitization

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are extremely important to us. We use a thorough cleaning process after every checkout, and routine cleaning services take place six days per week during your stay.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted. Although we love furry companions, the home is not suitable for accommodating them.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking inside the home is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

Quiet Hours

The community homeowners association enforces quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. daily. Violations may result in additional fines of up to $300 or more per violation.

No Parties or Events

Parties and events are not permitted. Please treat the home as your own and help preserve its pristine condition for future guests and return visits.
