Additional Information
The property is not completely private. The landlady lives in another house on the property with her two children and mother, and she looks after the house when it is not occupied.
Meal preparation can be arranged with her during your stay, allowing you to focus on relaxing.
The condominium does not permit busetas or minivans to enter.
At certain times of the day, small biting insects known as jején may be present. Using a good insect repellent is recommended.

A wonderful experience. The accommodation exceeded my expectations: very clean, comfortable and cozy. The pool and common areas are in excellent condition, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. Ms. Luci is very attentive and helpful. The location is very good, and the atmosphere is quiet and, most importantly, safe. Alexander is very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The house is very nice and the pool is incredible. We had a very pleasant weekend with my family and our pets. Alexander has a wonderful perk that I have not seen in any other accommodation, which is his early check-in. This allowed us to arrive the night before and enjoy more time. Additionally, it allowed us to enjoy the full day on the day of departure, because he let us leave later than usual. Mrs. Lucy and her family are very friendly. Truly a wonderful place.

The house is just like the photos, a very good pool, BBQ area and also the service provided by the person who took care of the house and the lady who cooked. During the stay they renewed the fans and the stay was more pleasant. A plus is being able to arrive the night before the reserved date at no charge and the flexibility at checkout.
