• The Airbnb fee includes accommodation for 24 people in 4 rooms with 12 beds.
• The property can accommodate up to 56 people in 9 rooms with 27 beds.
• The maximum capacity is 100 people, including overnight guests and daytime visitors.
• Please contact us for a quote for larger groups or additional bedrooms.

Weekend Additional Costs

• One additional bedroom: $2,500, for groups of 6 or more people per room
• Three additional bedrooms: $6,500
• Five additional rooms: $10,000

Easter, Christmas, and New Year rates already include all rooms.

The Space

Villa Paraíso is a private accommodation designed for relaxing, reconnecting with nature, and spending time with family, friends, or colleagues.

The property features more than 3,000 square meters of gardens, offering space for swimming, socializing, and outdoor activities.

• Check-in and check-out: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Musicians are welcome.
• Pets are welcome, subject to the rules below.
• Some events are permitted. Please ask for approval before booking.

Parties and Events

• Events of up to 100 people are allowed.
• The maximum capacity is 100 people, including overnight guests and daytime visitors.
• Weddings and XV-year celebrations require a $3,500 event fee.

Accommodation

• 9 rooms available
• 25 double beds and 2 king-size beds
• Up to 56 people can sleep comfortably in the beds
• Capacity can be extended to 72 people if guests bring air mattresses
• Maximum of 8 people per room when using air mattresses

Additional rooms can be opened according to your group’s needs. Weekend rates are:

• One additional bedroom: $2,500, for groups of 6 or more people per room
• Three additional bedrooms: $6,500
• Five additional rooms: $10,000

Adding more rooms may also increase the number of people permitted in your group.

• Charcoal grill available; guests must bring charcoal

Pools

• Children’s pool: 5 × 5 meters, 50 centimeters deep
• Main pool: 10 × 5 meters, with a depth of 1.5 meters to 2.5 meters
• Natural water temperature: 28°C–32°C year-round
• There is currently no boiler or solar heating system

Parking

• Parking for up to 20 cars inside the property

Accessibility

• Ramps and stairs are available in the main house and bungalow.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome under the following conditions:

• Pets may not sleep on the beds; please bring their own mattresses.
• Pets must not damage doors or wooden surfaces.
• Pets may not dig holes in the garden.
• Owners must clean up after their pets.

Promotion

• The third night is 25% off.
• This promotion does not apply during peak season.

Visitor Definitions

• Overnight guest: A person who sleeps at the property during the stay.
• Day visitor: A person who visits during the day but does not sleep at the property and must leave before midnight.

Additional Charges

Overnight Guests

• $300 per person per weekend for groups of 57–72 people

Groups exceeding 56 people must bring inflatable mattresses, with a maximum of 8 people per room.

Day Visitors

• $150 per person per day

The total maximum capacity is 100 people, including overnight guests and day visitors.

Please report the exact number of attendees. An in-person headcount may be conducted to verify attendance.

Coexistence and Safety Rules

• Do not build field shelters or bonfires on the grass.
• Take care of the gardens, trees, house, facilities, and furniture.
• Drink alcohol responsibly.
• Smoking is not permitted in enclosed spaces.
• Do not swim alone or while under the influence of alcohol.

Meetings Allowed at No Additional Cost

Family and friend gatherings, celebrations, and events without external providers are permitted at no additional cost.

Light decorations are allowed as long as they do not damage the walls, ceilings, or furnishings.

Music and socializing are welcome when conducted respectfully and in accordance with the property rules. Live music, including a DJ, mariachi, or band, is permitted as long as electricity consumption remains moderate.

Permitted Gatherings

• Family, friend, or coworker gatherings
• Birthdays, marriage proposals, themed dinners, and game nights
• Anniversary celebrations and intimate baby showers
• Private religious or spiritual gatherings
• Self-managed workshops or activities, such as crafts, yoga, or meditation
• Planning sessions and team-building meetings
• Small farewell gatherings among acquaintances
• Brunches and garden or terrace picnics
• Similar private gatherings

Weddings and XV-Year Celebrations

Elopements, mini, petite, and small weddings, as well as family XV-year celebrations for up to 100 people, are welcome only when:

• The entire property is rented, including all rooms.
• The $3,500 event fee is paid.

Advance notice is required. Please provide:

• The number of overnight guests and day visitors
• Event details, including the type, duration, and suppliers

We will use this information to prepare a personalized quote and help ensure the event runs smoothly.

Events With External Providers

Events involving external providers may be permitted only with prior request, quotation, and express approval.

Please provide advance notice and complete details if you would like to include additional services.

Services Requiring Prior Authorization

• Rental of tables, chairs, tents, or additional furniture
• Catering or food and beverage companies
• External staff, including waiters, photographers, entertainers, or DJs
• Awnings, dance floors, stages, or inflatables
• Outdoor kitchen equipment, such as industrial grills or large gas tanks

All services must be approved and quoted in advance to ensure proper logistics, safety, and harmony within the property.
