What an amazing place in a very quiet and residential area in Laureles, the apartment is a complete apartment in the penthouse of the building and you have the entire rooftop to yourself with incredible views, a jacuzzi that works very well, a sauna, a bar to prepare drinks, a minibar, it really has everything to have a great time. I went with 5 other friends and we had an amazing stay, I would definitely come back on my next visit to Medellín, Tim is very friendly and gave us very good recommendations and also explained very clearly how all the amenities of this apartment worked. 🙌🏽

Me and my family stayed here and enjoyed it so much the views were amazing, the place is close to many great restaurant’s and convenience stores i walked around quite a bit at night and felt safer then i would in the states was never a concern and close to a lot of nice nightclubs the amenities and the direct and only access to the penthouse was also very clutch i will be back in Medellin and i will 100% will book here

Tim's penthouse is a absolutely perfect! The location is in an ideal location and the views from the roof are incredible. Tim himself was an amazing host. He was always responsive and made sure our stay was as comfortable and streamlined as possible. If you’re visiting Medellín, this is the spot to be in! Our visit couldn't have gone better!

This place was unreal. The rooftop setup alone, massive jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, made it feel like a private spa overlooking the most beautiful views in Medellín. Every morning and night up there felt like something out of a movie. What really made the stay special, though, was Tim. He genuinely cared about us the entire time. He was always quick to respond, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he truly wants every guest to have the best experience possible. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs around the world, but this one easily ranks at the top. Between the views, the vibe, and Tim’s hospitality, it’s a no-brainer. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again on our next trip to Medellín. 💯🔥

Tim was excellent! Any issues I had, he responded within minutes and all was a quick fix. The location is amazing, surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores.

Leading up to the trip Tim was extremely responsive and answered any and all questions that we had. He made check in super easy and care free. He catered to our early arrival which he did not have to do but we definitely appreciated. The property looked exactly like the photos, and the view from the rooftop was jaw dropping. My friends and I took full advantage of all the awesome amenities the property had to offer. Tim was very knowledgeable about the area, he walked us through all the dos and don’ts giving us tips along the way, even giving us a list of recommendations for bars/restaurants/nightlife. All in all my group and I cannot express how happy we are to have experienced Medellín, and agreed that when we come back we will definitely be staying at Tim’s property again. Until next time 🤙🏻
