The Space
This condo is located in the Bali tower, the only tower at La Isla Residences in Acapulco that is truly beachfront. Situated on the third floor, it offers direct access to the beach, pool, bars, and restaurants. The unit is new and luxurious, featuring four spacious bedrooms, each with a full bathroom.
The condo includes:

- Two terraces, including a large ocean-facing terrace with a living room and dining area
- A dining room and fully equipped kitchen
- A service area with a washer and dryer
- A comfortable living area with TV and all essential services

Guests will find the condo just steps from both the pool and the sand.
Cleaning service is provided upon arrival and departure. Additional cleaning and cooking services are available during the stay for an extra fee, upon request.

Guest Access and Additional Information
Upon arrival, guests are required to visit the Bali tower administration office to leave a refundable deposit of 5,000 Mexican pesos (approximately 250 USD) in cash. This deposit covers any potential damages or malfunctions in common areas and will be returned at the end of the stay.
Guests will also receive wristbands and a rechargeable consumption card to facilitate their stay and access to services.

Excelente departamento en un conjunto espectacular frente al mar. Todo estuvo perfecto durante nuestra estancia: el departamento es amplio, cómodo, muy bien equipado y se encuentra en excelentes condiciones. La vista, las instalaciones y el acceso directo a la playa hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente inolvidable. La Isla Residences es un lugar extraordinario para descansar y disfrutar de Acapulco. Las áreas comunes están impecablemente cuidadas, el ambiente es muy agradable y seguro, y la atención fue excelente en todo momento. Sin duda, uno de los mejores lugares para hospedarse en la zona. ¡Esperamos regresar pronto!
