Cleaning service is included upon arrival and departure.

Daily cleaning and cooking services are also available upon request for an additional fee.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the resort amenities at no additional cost, including:

Food and beverages purchased at the resort’s bars and restaurants are paid for using the resort’s rechargeable card. Spa and massage services are available for an additional fee.

Resort Registration and Deposit

Upon arrival, La Isla Torre Bali administration requires a mandatory cash deposit of $5,000 MXN. This deposit is requested directly by the resort and is separate from the condominium and Airbnb.

The deposit covers potential damage to common areas and is fully refundable at the end of the stay. Guests will also receive access bracelets and a rechargeable consumption card for use within the resort.

Condominium Policies

Cleaning Service

The initial Airbnb fee includes industrial laundry and deep preparation cleaning. To maintain hygiene standards, daily maid service is mandatory and costs an additional $500 MXN per day, payable directly.

External cleaning staff are not permitted.

Towels and Linens

Premium towels are provided. A replacement fee of $500 MXN per towel applies to any towel used to remove makeup, clean shoes, or as a floor mat that becomes permanently stained.
