The Space

This luxurious property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a wrap-around balcony with ocean views, a sitting area, a desk, and a private ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, double-sided mirror, walk-in shower, and a large jacuzzi bathtub.

The main house also has a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two full beds. Both rooms offer oceanview balconies and private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The guest house contains one queen bed and two full-sized beds.

The main house features an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is furnished with designer couches and chairs and is surrounded by large windows showcasing ocean views. The gourmet chef’s kitchen boasts wood cabinets, a natural stone backsplash, and high-end stainless steel appliances, including an oven and range top stove with a range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Seating options include five at the bar, two in the built-in breakfast nook, and six at the dining table.

The guest house offers a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are exceptional, with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a poolside patio, a private staircase leading down to the beach, a lush patio oasis with a vine-covered pergola and an old-world-style fountain, and a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor dining set, full bar, and spectacular ocean views. This design promotes seamless indoor-outdoor living in Costa Rica.

Additional amenities include an elevator, a petit grand piano, state-of-the-art electronics and TVs, air conditioning, internet access, and complimentary housekeeping, laundry, and security services.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Villa La Sata welcomes pets with prior approval. Each pet must be verified based on breed and size (maximum 35 pounds) and accompanied by a recent photo before booking. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay and an additional cleaning fee of $50 plus 13% tax per pet apply. Up to two pets are allowed per reservation.

Pets must be leashed in public areas on the property and cannot be left unattended indoors. Certain complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Verification must occur at least 24 hours before check-in; unverified pets will result in denied access. Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any damages.
