Wake up to the sound of the pool waterfall and refreshing trade-wind breezes. The villa has no shared spaces or other guests—only your private pool, covered deck, and partial ocean views.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Property manager Laura will meet you upon arrival. Optional private chef services with Jennie and driver services are available by arrangement.
The Space
From the moment you enter, the villa’s high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and local artwork create an unmistakable sense of place. This is Roatan, not a generic vacation rental.
The main living area opens onto the covered deck, which leads directly to the pool. This open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together without feeling crowded. Prepare breakfast while watching the children swim, read in the shade while someone grills, or gather together while still enjoying personal space.
The villa includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms, helping mornings run smoothly without competing for shower time.
Bedrooms
- Upstairs primary bedroom: Ocean views, a vaulted ceiling, a king-size bed, and a comfortable en suite bathroom.
- Downstairs king bedroom: Pool views, a king-size bed, and no stairs—especially convenient after diving or exploring West End.
- Queen bedroom: Located in the main house and well suited to another couple or an adult seeking a quieter space.
- Additional king bedroom: Provides another private sleeping area.
- Children’s room: Includes two twin beds and offers a natural separate zone for children, teenagers, or friends.
Whether you are traveling as a family or with friends, the layout provides togetherness, privacy, and fewer points of friction.
The pool is crystal clear, with every tile visible beneath the water. A waterfall provides a steady, soothing background sound while palms rustle overhead. As the day progresses, the pool becomes a peaceful place to relax in the sun.
West End is a 5-minute drive away, offering restaurants, diving, and shops. West Bay is 10 minutes away, with its turquoise water and sandy beach.
Most guests rent a car, though taxis are easy to arrange. Drivers can also be booked if you prefer not to navigate the island yourself.
As evening arrives, the heat softens, the pool takes on a golden glow, and the breeze returns. Outdoor living becomes effortless as the lights come on and the stars emerge above the villa.
Guest Access
You will have exclusive use of the entire villa and all 1.5 acres of property. There are no shared spaces, other guests, or neighbors looking in.

The villa is not within walking distance of beaches or restaurants. The main road has no sidewalk and can be busy, particularly at night.

- West End: 5-minute drive; taxis cost approximately $3–$5 and are readily available at the gate.
- West Bay: 10-minute drive; taxis cost approximately $7–$10.
- Rental cars: Recommended by most guests for maximum convenience.
- Private drivers: Alex and his drivers are available for pre-booked transfers and tours.
If you want to walk barefoot from your bed to the beach, this may not be the right property. If you prefer a private pool, room to relax, and convenient driving access, Ocean View Hilltop Villa offers an ideal setting.
Comfort and Sustainability

Beautiful is an understatement. This home was amazing and was the perfect place for my family of 11 to stay at! The home was not just perfect but Laura always made sure we felt right at home, the home is secured with an alarm system, the home isn’t directly on the beach but honestly i don’t regret staying here instead i highly recommend to get out of the resorts and stay at a local home like this one! :) Million of thanks to Laura and the transportation crew you guys were amazing! 💕

This home was wonderful, and far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a place for a group of adult friends who like to spend time together quietly after a day of SCUBA diving and exploring, and this was perfect. We had everything we needed, and it was so beautiful. Rudy and Antje were super responsive with answers to questions, as was Laura, our local host, who met us on site and was available if we needed anything. She was so kind and friendly, and even waited to meet me when half of our group was delayed at the airport. The pool is so nice, especially with the waterfall running! My entire group would highly recommend this property for friend groups or family groups who would like a more secluded feeling while also being close to all of the action of West End. The photos don't do this place justice. It's absolutely beautiful! I was in awe of how well taken care of it is with It's beautiful garden and pool. We lived in the pool the entire time we were here. it's gorgeous, relaxing, clean and had tons of floaties. The home is clean and so well stocked we didn't need to buy anything ourselves except for food. Everything has been thoroughly thought out. I'd definitely return!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's we've ever stayed in! It was beautiful and so was the view. Absolutely the most well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the whole place was well maintained. I've never regretted going on excursions in other countries but I wished we had more time at the house 😂 Hosts were responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend

Chillax was our home for the week, and it was incredibly comfortable. Each member of my family was well accommodated, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. We especially loved how centrally located it was—it made getting to all our planned destinations super convenient. Overall, it’s a beautiful and enjoyable space. Laura was also great—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which we really appreciated. The only thing to note is that the beach and restaurants wasn’t quite within walking distance for everyone. It’s just over a mile away, so on cooler days it’s definitely walkable, but in the heat it might not be ideal. Of course, that just depends on personal preference. Other than that, we had a great stay!

This was a beautiful home equipped with everything we needed. One thing that surprised us was having security at night. Not that it was a bad thing because it reassured us that we were safe. We just didn’t expect it. Communication with Laura was easy and she always responded quickly. My one suggestion would be to have a book in the house with the instructions that Laura greeted us with so that we knew we weren’t forgetting anything along with a list of restaurants and excursion recommendations. If we asked she always had options but it would be nice if we didn’t have to bother her with every little question. If we come back we will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you for hosting!

Perfect villa for a family or group of divers! Sandy bat is within walking distance. Superb pool and outdoor facilities, very well-equipped kitchen, upstairs terrace with magnificent sunset views, comfortable rooms. Our stay was awesome! Only slightly negative point, the noise from cars/motorcycles passing by on the road below... but you don't really hear them from inside at night. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Chillax was great! The location is a delight—a short walk to the beach, private and expansive, bathrooms for every bedroom, with a great view. We loved our stay and would stay there again. Laura, our host, was exceptional in her communication and thought of everything.

Great stay. The house is spacious and clean. Laura met us to make sure we were situated. Alex and his crew of drivers were amazing and it’s such a short drive to west end. We also liked the Sunken Fish and Blue Bahia walkable from the property for meals. Private chef dinner was fantastic and worth it. So accommodating. Well equipped kitchen. Grill was great. Laura quickly handled any questions. Best snorkeling from the beach was West Bay from the shore. Lovely and easy to get to!! Pool is amazing! Great stay.
