The Home

After an afternoon of grilling and swimming, gather around the outdoor dining table, which seats eight guests. Two spacious balconies provide additional areas to unwind while taking in the surrounding views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island and plenty of space to prepare meals while spending quality time with family and friends.

- Maximum occupancy is 14 guests, including children.
- No additional guests are permitted.
- To access the property, guests must sign the registration form and provide a valid photo ID with a signature.

- No pets.
- The minimum rental age is 21.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before the arrival date receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made at least 15 days before the arrival date forfeit the non-refundable down payment.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
- Bookings for the Christmas and New Year’s holiday period are non-refundable.
- Monthly reservations canceled up to 60 days before check-in are subject to a $500 USD cancellation fee.

The pictures do not do this place justice! It was amazing and exceeded our expectations! Noe was our local contact and he is amazing! Gladis who did our daily clean is amazing as well! I would 100% recommend this for your next stay. It was private yet you could do resort style activities. We happened to be right next to the restaurant/bar and the crew walked everything over for us to enjoy!!!

This place is paradise! What a great find! We travelled as two related families, 4 adults and 7 kids, and this was perfect for us. The kids were able to spread out between the two upstairs bedrooms, which have lots of options between twin beds, king beds, and trundles. Beautiful spacious common areas and outdoor patio. Having our own pool was a major highlight. Also used other pools on the property, the spa, the gym (ok but dated equipment) and the restaurant (pricey but excellent). Loved the kayaks. The wonderful housekeeper came every day to help us with laundry and light cleaning. Communication with the team was prompt and any issues were solved right away. Cons very few: -the beach here has a nice sandy shore, but it is not a great swimming area. Rocks and weeds cover a lot of the bottom and it is very shallow for a long way out when the tide is out. Go to nearby Bucerias if you want to jump in the waves! -you are car dependent, not easy to walk anywhere from here

Everything about this place has been perfect. We arrived after 7 pm and did self check in. It was flawless. Upon opening the front door we were in awe. This place is truly incredible. The 4 bedrooms are large with each room having an adjoining bathroom. The eating area and kitchen are well laid out. The outdoor area is spectacular. The pool is gorgeous and looks out over the ocean. The hot tub takes a bit to warm up but was wonderful for the evenings. We used the spa service which I found to be very reasonable and very professional. The restaurant that is 75 steps from the unit was also exceptional. This will be one of our most memorable trips yet for our family. Thank you to these wonderful hosts for the opportunity to spend some quality time in a a beautiful setting.

We stayed with a large group (7 adults and 7 kids across four families), and the house worked very well for us. The kitchen, dining, and living areas were excellent for big family meals and movie nights, making it easy for everyone to spend time together. The local host was extremely responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns right away. The pool was a big hit with the kids and stayed very warm since it gets sun all day. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant, and it was a nice bonus that servers would bring drinks directly to the house. A few things to note before booking: one bedroom and the kitchen/dining/living area are not internally connected to the main house and require stepping outside. The main back door is large and heavy, so it can be noisy in the morning. While the beach and ocean are beautiful, they are very rocky and not an option for a typical beach day, especially at low tide. We ended up driving to La Manzanilla beach about 15 minutes away.

Beautiful home! There were 4 couples and we all had king beds and ensuite bathrooms that felt very private and well appointed. We cooked most meals and the kitchen dining room were perfect for our needs. Outdoor spaces and pool were fantastic and the view great! Gladys our housekeeper was so friendly and efficient. Contact with hosts also friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. Thank you!
