TopSpot®´s Most Coveted Property is a 1,000-square-meter house set on a 4,500-square-meter private property within Condominio Entrepuentes. The community offers 24/7 gated security, a golf course*, and tennis courts*.

The home is strategically located just steps from the river, lake, and trekking routes while remaining secluded enough to provide complete privacy. Guests can enjoy mountain and valley views, a private pool, wine chillers, water and ice machines, Wi-Fi, satellite and Roku television, barbecue facilities, a Teppanyaki grill, three dining areas, terraces, and private gardens.

Cookware, tableware, linens, and towels are provided.

The Space

This spacious home combines minimalist design with a warm, fresh atmosphere and excellent amenities. It occupies the condominium’s most private corner lot, at the foothills of a breathtaking mountain, with views of the valley, golf course, lake, and river.

The property is quoted for up to 16 guests and can accommodate up to 24 guests for an additional fee of US$65 per person, per night. Maximum capacity is 25 guests, subject to prior approval and coordination.

These spaces are ideal for outdoor dining, entertaining, or relaxing.

The sixth sleeping area is located in the studio and television room. It includes two sofa beds and two additional pull-out single beds underneath, if needed. The studio has its own full bathroom, although its layout differs from that of the five bedrooms, which may be more comfortable for some guests.

House Rules

The home is located within a private, family-oriented condominium and is best suited to relaxed gatherings and stays with family and friends.

• Events and loud parties are not permitted.
• Absolute quiet hours begin at 1:00 a.m.
• After 1:00 a.m., music, singing, shouting, and noise of any kind are prohibited.
• Maximum music volume is 65 decibels during the day and 55 decibels at night, measured in the driveway.
• Fines for noncompliance apply and will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Guests seeking a party-oriented property should choose another accommodation.

Guest Access

The condominium charges an entrance fee of COP 23,000, approximately US$6, per guest. This fee must be paid to the condominium one day before check-in. Children aged 12 and under are exempt.

The following must be completed one day before arrival:

• Signed house rules
• Payment of the entrance fee

The required forms will be sent during the week before check-in.

Access to the private community is via a small bridge over the river. Only regular cars and sport utility vehicles are permitted to enter. Buses, minibuses, and large passenger vans are not allowed inside the condominium. Transportation from the main gate to the house can be coordinated at an additional cost, if needed.

Electric vehicle charging is not included and is not permitted without prior authorization. An additional charging fee applies if authorization is granted.

Cook Service

The cook prepares Colombian cuisine as well as international dishes and exceptional barbecues. Guests may coordinate menus and groceries with her in advance or allow her to create meals using the ingredients provided.

Fresh exotic tropical fruits from the local market are especially recommended.

Guests are responsible for providing groceries, including enough food for the maids, as it is customary for them not to bring their own food.

Additional Fees and Services

• Golf, tennis, and equipment rental are subject to availability and additional fees.
• For groups exceeding 16 guests, an additional charge of US$65 per person, per night applies.
• Pets are permitted at US$65 per pet per reservation, with a maximum of two pets.
• In 2026, housemaids charge COP 100,000, approximately US$33, per day.
• There will be one maid for every eight guests.
• Maids clean, cook, and assist with the household during the stay.
• Please pay the maids before departure. Gratuities are welcome.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Electric vehicle charging is not included in the accommodation rate. Connecting a vehicle to the property’s electrical system requires prior authorization and incurs a fee of COP 120,000 per vehicle.

Property or condominium staff notify management when vehicles are connected to the electrical system. For safety and to prevent electrical overloads, charging without prior authorization is prohibited.

Important Notes

• Do not flush toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary pads, or any other solid items down the toilets. These materials can obstruct the system, and repair fees may apply.
• Please use the provided trash bins, which are cleaned daily.
• Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs are considered an additional night and will be charged accordingly.
