Important Rules and Information

• A resort fee of MXN 518 per night, not per person, is payable at the security front desk upon arrival. This fee is separate from and independent of Maxwell Residences.
• All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband to access the property.
• Maximum occupancy is six guests.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Bringing personal drinks, alcohol, food, or portable speakers into the pool areas is prohibited.
• Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests may use the amenities.
• A MXN 5,000 security deposit will be requested on your credit card at check-in and released after the property is inspected at departure.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building or units.
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.
• Balcony noise is prohibited at all times.
• Violations of the property rules may result in removal from the property.

Bedroom Policy

During the low season, from June through October, the base rate includes access to one bedroom for up to two registered guests. An additional guest fee applies beginning with the third guest.

Bedroom access is based on the total number of registered guests:

• 1–2 guests: One bedroom
• 3–4 guests: Two bedrooms
• 5–6 guests: Three bedrooms

Bedrooms not included according to the registered guest count will remain locked during the stay. All other areas of the condo remain private and exclusively available to your group.

This property is located at Indah by Sayan Condo in the Conchas Chinas neighborhood.

Directions

1. Head south on Highway 200.
2. Turn right onto Calle Santa Barbara.
3. Take the immediate short left turn downhill. The entrance to the Indah building will be on your right.
