Guest Access and Services
The rental includes housekeeping and support in the common areas from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For groups of more than eight people, an additional cleaner is required at a cost of 700 pesos per day.
A cook can be recommended upon request. Kitchen support is generally available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a cost of 850 pesos per day, with a minimum booking of three days.
Pool and Jacuzzi Heating
Gas for heating the pool and jacuzzi is not included in the house rental.
- Pool heating: 4,000 pesos for the first day and 600 pesos for each additional day
- Jacuzzi heating: 2,000 pesos for the first day and 300 pesos for each additional day
Fireplace
One load of firewood for the fireplace is included. Additional firewood is available at cost.
House Rules
The house is ideal for weekend breaks, but events, parties, and outdoor noise are not permitted after 10:00 p.m.

The house is awesome! Everything was impeccable. Just as a recommendation. It's better to use Google Maps to get there, since Waze sends you the wrong way and you don't get there!

Amazing house, with an exceptional location. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent, the atmosphere is totally peaceful, the paddle tennis court is fabulous and the barbecue is perfect for socializing. Everything, really, is amazing. In addition, the people who help in the house are wonderful, always attentive and friendly.

My friends and I had a GREAT experience at Casa Zarzales! From the first contact with Pablo, to the attention and kindness of the staff during our stay (Juany, Ale & Adolfo), and the house itself, were spectacular! It's located within a private reserve in the middle of the forest, which makes it a great place to disconnect and enjoy nature. The rooms are very spacious, each with its own bathroom, and the blackout curtains are a plus for a restful sleep. All the facilities in the house are spacious and functional, but the covered terrace was our favorite spot to enjoy all the amenities, such as the jacuzzi and pool, grill and pizza oven, and even the paddle tennis court. We enjoyed it all! Also, Juany's cooking every morning was delicious and we loved watching the rain while having a meal! It's a great place to stay, 100% recommended, and we will definitely try to return again. Thank you so much, Pablo, for all your attention and that of your staff! We had a wonderful time! Hugs!

Beautiful house, the people who welcomed us and helped us were very kind. It's difficult to access with low cars, but a beautiful place.

The place is spectacular, the facilities are absolutely top-notch. The design of the house and the amenities are as described. Pablo is a Super, good host, always attentive to us and very responsive.
