Private Terrace and Plunge Pool

The private terrace includes a family dining table for al fresco meals. Two chairs and a small table outside the primary bedroom provide a peaceful spot for morning coffee.

Two lounge chairs sit beside the private, wraparound plunge pool. The shallow pool measures 80 square meters and is ideal for cooling off. It is suitable for young children when supervised and is maintained daily by the condominium staff.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo, along with full access to Mareazul’s amenities:

• Wraparound private plunge pool

• Tennis and padel courts
• Children’s play area
• Restaurants within the complex

For convenient arrival, guests receive a parking pass that provides automatic access after the first entry, as well as a door passcode for self-check-in.

Additional Information

• The plunge pool surrounding the veranda is private to this condo. It is shallow and measures 80 square meters.
• The condo is located entirely on one floor and is also accessible from the garden.
• A ramp can be installed for guests with mobility issues to help manage the 6-inch step at the building entrance.

Cleaning and Linen Fee

Regular cleaning costs US$50. Laundry is sent to a local lavandería after each guest’s stay and is priced by weight. Laundry costs range from US$85 to US$200, depending on whether items are wet or dry, whether multiple blankets are included, and whether all rooms or only selected items require washing. This cost is shared with guests.

Security Deposit

Guests without prior Airbnb reviews may be asked to provide a refundable US$500 security deposit. The deposit is paid directly through Airbnb and returned within 24 hours after departure, once the property manager has inspected the property.
