Villa la Estancia

The location was great. Easy to get to the activities I wanted to do with the kids . Facility was very clean . I verbalized my view on the layout of the bedrooms and I very much appreciated Gary the owner’s proactive response and understanding. The kids loved the pool and the view was stunning .

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions, making check-in and our entire stay hassle-free. The resort itself was beautiful, with plenty of great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had an OUTSTANDING stay at Mark’s place! Exceeded our expectations on every level. Awesome location close enough to town. Safe, family friendly, convenient, very large unit. We couldn’t have been more pleased! Already thinking about our next trip back and will check availability on this place before we look anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!

Very spacious 2-BDR and 3 full bathrooms. There is a couch in the living room, and a separate large kitchen area with all utensils and a walk-in pantry. The apartment is inside a resort, and it's great for families. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and the beach. The sister resort next door even had a free kids' club where you need to sign up your kids in person (4 y.o. and up). I would definitely recommend it if you have younger kids. We will be coming back!

Wonderful stay! We had a mix up with the original booking, but Gary was very kind and accommodating to rectify the situation. The resort was way beyond our expectations! The location couldn’t be better- right on the beach facing the arch and a short walk or drive to town. The staff at La Estancia were terrific and we really felt like we could relax on our first trip with our baby. The space is massive with everything you need to unwind. Resort pool and 5 hot tubs was perfect for lounging with a baby. The only downside was we found the food on the resort to be overpriced for what you get, and we much preferred the more local spots in town. Also note that the pool closes at 9pm, but that could be a seasonal thing as we went in January. All in all it was a fantastic trip that we will never forget!

Amazing place! Do not hesitate to book. I was so grateful to end up here for our first trip to Cabo. Perfect location, spacious condo, wonderful staff. Mark was a fabulous host, very helpful with all my questions.

What a gorgeous, spacious villa to spend a week! The balcony is huge and has the most amazing view of the famous Cabo rock formations. Plenty of space for our family with two kids, two parents, and two grandparents. There was privacy and togetherness in one. The pools were the warmest I’ve ever found, and there were 5 hot tubs. Nice to have the kitchen and the grill to feed our family.

Amazing stay! Great location and all the comforts of a home with the amenities of a resort. Perfect for our family travel with a little baby! A few minutes drive to city center, costco, and walmart. You can also walk along the beach and in 20 min be at the marina or sooner to great beach restaurants. The maid service every other day was also a nice touch as was valet service. The pool and beach were amazing. Pool was gorgeous and you could always get a chair somewhere without having to get there early. There were enough restaurants on the property so you could eat on the resort if you weren’t feeling up to going to the main thoroughfares. Would stay again if we are in Cabo!
