Maintenance and Functionality (1/5): Upon arrival, we discovered one commode was non-functional, requiring having to pour water down the commode to flush one of the toilets, and the second drained extremely slowly. We had serious privacy concerns, as both bathroom windows are uncovered, allowing direct view from neighboring units—we had to shower with the lights off so neighbors could not see us showering. There was also visible water damage on the bedroom ceilings. Cleanliness (1/5): The unit was unacceptably dirty. The kitchen was the worst area, with a filthy dishcloth, dirty small appliances, and cups. In the bathroom, the rack holding shampoo and soap was so severely rusted that it was untouchable. Most critically, the pillows in both bedrooms were heavily and visibly stained on all sides. Amenities and Accuracy (2/5): The listing was inaccurate regarding essential amenities. Crucially, air conditioning is only available in the two bedrooms, and the main living room and kitchen

Location it’s wonderful!!! There is a Colombia restaurant right across street. The pharmacy and supermarket are very close to the apartment too, just a short walk away. Super convenient and made everything easier during my stay!”

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb and if all renters are like Manuel it won’t be the last. He was very helpful I traveled with my brother that uses a wheelchair, Manuel purchase by request a handicap bath chair and took us grocery shopping. After asking if there was anything else we needed to make our stay comfortable we requested a fan and television which was delivered the following day. We stayed for a month the location was great in walking distance of EVERYTHING we needed. The Uber system is excellent which made it easy too get around and the malls aren’t far away. The only concern was the noise from the street traffic, there was a Power outage which is out of Manuel’s control, but it’s a safe neighborhood so can’t get it all, overall we were comfortable and would definitely stay again, thanks so much for making us so comfortable, we genuinely you and wish your place is always rented.

Very attentive and friendly host. Responded quickly when we reported an issue with the property. Very nice apartment, but could use a few more items. Did not have any glassware while we were there. The Host sent us a review/message, but Airbnb made us do a review of the property before we were allowed to see what the Host had sent us. Not sure why this was a requirement.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de vías principales y medios de transporte; apartamento ordenado y limpio, nos funcionó perfectamente para la estadía que teníamos planeada para casi una semana. ¡Muy buena comunicación y recibimiento!

There is some street noise so if you are sensitive to that you may want to take that into consideration. We loved staying at Manuel's and we would definitely stay again. Its a good location.
