Please note:

• The building does not have an elevator; access to this apartment requires climbing one small flight of stairs.
• There are two apartments on each floor.
• The building is close to the lush Sabana Park.

Guest Access and Security

For your safety and convenience, each guest receives a unique pin code programmed to work only during their reserved stay. This system ensures:

• The pin code is active strictly from check-in to check-out times
• Unauthorized use outside the booking period is prevented
• Seamless entry and exit without the need for staff assistance, ideal for late arrivals or departures
• Freedom to come and go at any time with secure access tailored to your reservation

Additional Information

• The building has its own historical character, and guests are asked to be respectful and considerate to help preserve its charm.
• In compliance with Costa Rican Law 7600, the building does not meet accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities. Guests needing accessible accommodations should consider this before booking.
• Smoking, exceeding the maximum guest limit, and bringing pets are prohibited. Violations will incur a $100 fee per incident.
• Guests are encouraged to leave a gratuity for the cleaning staff as a token of appreciation.
• Additional cleaning services are available during your stay for $15, which includes sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, tidying the living area, and refreshing linens and towels.
