The Space

Casa Estela is situated in a lush area surrounded by numerous trees that attract a variety of wildlife, including titi monkeys, sloth bears, iguanas, toucans, limpets, and other bird species. From the terrace, guests can enjoy a view of the sea.

The house offers a comfortable living environment with multiple bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a spacious terrace. Parking is available for two cars. The pool area is shared with Villa Estela.

Casa Estela and Villa Estela occupy a two-story building but function as independent homes. Casa Estela is located on the first floor, while Villa Estela is on the second floor. Each has its own entrance and parking space. The only shared facility is the pool area, which includes a ranch with a gas grill, two tables with chairs, reclining chairs, and a large umbrella.

The property is conveniently positioned near supermarkets, restaurants, and Manuel Antonio Beach, which is the main attraction in the area.
