The Space

Managed by La Santa Maria, the only 5-star resort in San Juan del Sur, Villa Baleares provides an unmatched hospitality experience with a dedicated permanent staff. The villa includes:

The top-floor master bedroom spans 400 square feet and includes a private terrace of 1,500 square feet with breathtaking 180-degree views of San Juan Bay. Near the entrance, two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom and have a private living room adjacent to a small garden. One large bedroom connects directly to the garden and the lower entertainment room.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests and is not available for events or parties.
