Lake Front Property

Where do I start, this place is absolutely stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. The attention to detail from the gardening, hosting, and communication is top class. This lake front property is worth every penny, an amazing way to spend your time at one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Upon booking this place David was very attentive and responsive to our needs and the property manager Carlos even helped set up a bonfire for me and the family to enjoy. Having the option to visit the near by cities that surround the lake via private boat is very convenient. There is cleaning and cooking provided if you wish to have your meals cooked. They say it’s about the journey and not the destination however this place truly makes me question that. Whenever I come back to atitlan there is no doubt in my mind I’ll be staying here again! You truly get what you pay for at this stay!

David's lake house is fantastic; I would highly recommend it. Spacious, with all amenities, and stunning views along with beautiful gardens. The staff at the house were exceptionally attentive and made the visit super relaxed. David was also very attentive, responsive and helpful when asking for local recommendations and tips. I will definitely consider coming back in the future!

In short, this is a remote paradise. The grounds and house are amazing - better than the pictures -and the host and staff are exceptional. They cook and clean for you daily and help with private boat tours to towns on the lake. You pay a little more for this experience, but we felt it was a great value. We chose to travel to this destination directly from Guatemala City airport using a service the host recommended. It was an adventure getting there (especially after dark), but well worth the trip. We recommend requesting an SUV that can handle the off-road terrain. Thank you David and team for an awesome vacation!

The house is SUPER recommended with excellent views of one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. Highly recommended to relax and rest for a few days with the family

This property is magical! We are a family of 6 adults and everything about our stay was smooth from check-in to checkout. David went above and above to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. He helped us arrange transfer from Antigua and boat transfer to San Juan and San Marcos. A shout out to Melvin, our shuttle driver, and Marco our boat driver. David was flexible with our checkout time and was quick to respond to my many, many questions. The grounds are stunning! You will not be disappointed. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed walking around the exquisite grounds and jumping off the private dock into the refreshing lake. There are beautiful areas for yoga as well as workout equipment, which my son and son in law loved. The house is equipped with all the cooking essentials. Carlos is amazing and was available for anything we needed during our stay and set up a lovely fire for us one evening. My only regret was not booking this place longer.

This was our second visit to David’s stunning home and it did not disappoint! The views are simply spectacular, as are the grounds. Each bedroom is well appointed and extremely comfortable, and we loved having meals outside on the deck overlooking the lake. The living areas are also spacious and comfortable, including a bar and poker/game table. The house staff is also excellent and assisted with all logistics as well as cooking and cleaning. Will definitely look forward to returning. Thank you!

Overall, everything went very well during our stay at the house. The support of the team members such as María, Concepción and Carlos were always present when needed. The location, the excellent condition of the house, the cleanliness and order of the gardens, the equipment, stairs, dock and in general the kitchen utensils are in excellent condition. I recommend this house for anyone who wants to spend some time at Lake Atitlán. The result was excellent and I would return as many times as I can to this same house with my whole family.
