Enjoy a simpler pace of life at this oceanfront tiny home, where resort amenities and a peaceful setting create a relaxing getaway. Whether you are traveling with family or someone special, you can spend your time surfing at world-renowned Asuchillos Beach, swimming in the ocean, playing golf, horseback riding, or relaxing beside one of the community pools.

The Space

This modern solar-powered home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a range of contemporary comforts.

• Main-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed
• Upper-floor sleeping area with a double bunk bed
• Three-piece bathroom for each bedroom
• Lower-floor living area with a Roku television
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Breakfast bar that can also serve as a workspace
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Air conditioning in both bedrooms
• 18-inch charcoal barbecue
• Free on-site parking directly behind the house

Guests have private access to the entire home during their stay.

Solar Power and Air Conditioning

The home is powered entirely by solar energy. When there is no sunlight and the house is running on batteries, please:

• Keep the air conditioning at no lower than 27°C (81°F).
• Use the low fan setting during the evening.
• Close the sliding glass doors between the kitchen and bedroom while sleeping to conserve battery power.

Because the home is small, these settings should keep it comfortable overnight. During the day, when the sun is available, the air conditioning may be used as needed.

Rooftop Terrace

Sliding doors on the upper floor open onto a rooftop terrace with sunset views over the ocean. Handmade patio furniture provides a comfortable place to relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the scenery.

Community Facilities

Guests have access to:

• Four miles of private beach
• Three swimming pools near the main reception area

The Eva community is approximately 85% complete. Most homes are finished, although some construction remains. Workers are generally on-site Monday through Friday from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Resort Fee

Gran Pacifica charges a resort fee for all guests staying within the community. This fee is paid at the front gate upon entry.

• US$17 plus VAT per night, totaling US$19.55
• Applies for up to seven days
• No additional resort fees are charged after seven days

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Please contact co-host Lindsay to inquire about availability and specify the number of hours requested.

• US$25 for up to three hours
• Payment is made in cash upon arrival

Some activities and facilities are available for an additional fee:

Surfing lessons can be arranged through the co-host or the resort.

Electric golf carts are available to rent through the resort reception and are recommended for guests without their own vehicle.

Each cart includes a cable that plugs into a standard outlet for charging. Charging is available at the golf cart garage, as there is no charging station near the house.

A four-person gas-powered golf cart may also be available upon request. Please inquire with the co-host.

An alternative golf cart rental option is available for the following prices. A US$100 refundable damage deposit is required.

The home provides convenient access to several destinations in Nicaragua:

• Managua: approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes
• Granada: approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes
• León: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Flor de Caña Rum Factory: approximately 2 hours and 14 minutes

Farmers’ Market and Local Products

A farmers’ market takes place on Thursday afternoons from approximately 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Yocate Farms, a local organic farm, visits the community to sell fresh vegetables and locally produced items.

Orders are typically placed before Thursday to ensure availability for Friday pickup. The market is held at the beach palapa near the front reception area. Availability and orders can be viewed through the Mike the Farmer website.

A local resident also sells freshly made bread, bagels, treats, and locally produced organic coffee.

Groceries, Food, and Shopping

Sea Salt, the on-site restaurant and bar, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Abierto Hoy, a general store located approximately one minute outside the gates, offers a selection of:

• Fruits and vegetables
• Spices and sauces
• Bread and pasta
• Snacks
• Nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks
• Other basic grocery items

Alice’s bar and restaurant is next to Abierto Hoy and serves lunch, dinner, and drinks. There are no larger grocery stores near Gran Pacifica.

House Guidelines and Maintenance

• Please use the outside hose to rinse sand from your body before using the showers. This helps prevent sand from clogging the drains.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• The washing machine is not available to short-term guests.
• Guests staying seven days or longer may use the washing machine.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or repair costs resulting from use of the washing machine.
• Laundry detergent is not provided.
• Long-term guests are responsible for replacing or refilling the gas tank if it runs out during their stay.
